So sad and disapointed i have to give my review. 1st visit I order a slice of pizza. The Owner/ Chef put it in a to go box. I saw the dough was very undercooked. The restaurant was empty. I was in a hurry and left. Opened the box and saw a blob of uncooked dough at the tip for abot 3 inches of the slice. I looked under bottom which had little bumbs that shown me it was cooked on a mesh screen, the kind that passes thru a rotary oven. I returned a couple days later to inform "chef" his responce was, it cant be perfect all the time and asked me if i ever make a mistake. I said I have but never served a coustomer my mistake. I asked why he did not heat it in the Pizza oven? He asked if I was one of those people that judges a restaurant by one meal. I told him most people do. He replied that I have a bad attitude. I returned a few days later for his second chance and ordered another slice which was cooked perfectly. It was obvious he used the pizza oven this time. I praised his pizza and told him he should never tell a guest they have a bad attitude. He again told me I have a bad attitude. After much thought I decided never to return. I cannot trust a chef like that. If he FEELS LIKE IT you may get good food. If he is angry who knows what he will do to the food. I do not trust this place. I'm not easily impressed when it comes to pizza, especially after growing up in New York and being spoiled by some of the world's best slices. My grandmother owned a bakery, so I had access to the freshest dough and most delicious pastries. But let me tell you, Jordan's Pizza is something special.

The crust is perfectly crispy on the bottom and chewy on the inside, the sauce is tangy and rich, and the cheese is melted to perfection. The toppings are fresh and abundant, and the flavors all come together in a way that's just magical.
