Read moreI hate to give negatives on a review.... AND, I was soooo ecstatic about some vegan pizza & so let down by the service. First, let me say that the design of this place is set up for an efficient service system. The problem today, I think was the service team on staff today. So, you go through a line, where you order kind of like you're at a Subway sandwich shop. They ask for your name & place a number on your pizza. Seems like an efficient & effective method. During our visit, we watched one guy moving all over the restaurant trying to identify which pizza belonged to which patron. It took 30 minutes to get our pizza. Our vegan pizza was good... we chose the Ischia Margherita with vegan cheese. The crusts are super thin & crisp. The marinara was flavorful and of good texture & consistency. We entered at 11:50 am, & there was a line. There was a consistent line all while we were there. I feel they were understaffed & poorly managed. A blonde, tattooed woman who appeared to be lead behind the counter was totally inhospitable and rude to the patrons & to the other staff. The young man, Brayden, who served us & others at our table was friendly & very apologetic regarding the delay in service, the mishaps on messed up orders, etc. This is apparently a super busy spot for lunch... do not expect a quick lunch here unless Your Pie amps up their service game. I will plan to visit again, as long as I can enjoy good vegan pizza. I will recommend to others for the quality of the fresh ingredients. We bought one 10 inch pizza, vegan, no meat alternatives, 2 pint draught beers & one vegan side salad for $27 during the noon hour on a weekday.... average pricing, ...
The food was pretty good. However, the manager could use some training. My daughter, her friends, and myself sat outside to eat. Just when we were just about finished eating the manager came out and brazenly told the girls they needed to go. He said he cleared off a table inside. The only reason we sat outside in the first place was because there were several dirty tables inside. We didn't have a clean area to sit. So therefore, we chose to just eat outside. He said he couldn't allow us to sit outside and eat until the City of Canton's Mayor and the Board of Alderman give him permission to have out door eating. I understand laws and waiting to get things approved. Sadly, I felt awkward and embarrassed because we are Black Americans and he insolently made us go inside as if it was bad for his business for Blacks to sit outside and eat. Although I still feel some type of way, I am going to think positive and pray that he is one of those people with a vulgar personality and he treated us like that not because of our skin color, but because he is just uncivil. Hopefully they put a sign up forewarning paying customers"🚫 outdoor eating at...
Read moreUpdating my review- ordered to go pizza again last night 9/30/18- placed our order for 4 pizzas around 7pm and when we arrived past our 30 min time frame they had our ticket hanging up by pickup but “forgot” to make our pizzas.
Food is wonderful, but i have always had poor service when ordering there togo . We were second in line to the store opening and sat there for 30 minutes waiting for our pizza to go. We watched our pizza sit on the rack READY for about 20 minutes but the worker never touched the Togo orders. I had to ask Her if she minded getting ours ready so we could finally leave which she rolled her eyes at the question. Every single person that had orders go in after us got Their food but not 1 Togo order was touched. Not to mention we watched a lady come in for a pizza she had called in right when they opened at 11 and after she arrived at 11:15 and waited for 5 minutes they realized the Togo order was never made.. very...
