The service is fine, the place is clean. The atmosphere is overboard, being patriotic and having political opinions is fine. Its also fine to display those opinions in the business you own. There is a point where it is too much and in your face, it creates an unwelcoming atmosphere to customers that don't even care about politics or who the president is. I am just in there to get pizza bro. The pizza in question? I tried the cheeseburger pizza, toppings were not the best, meat was okay (my father felt it was greasy and thinks they didn't drain it) the onion somehow had no onion flavor left in it. The pickles were sliced so thin that they were dried out and had no crunch left. The sauce is like mayonnaise and mustard, I feel like they could've used regular pizza sauce and it would still hold to the cheeseburger PIZZA idea. I feel like they strayed a lil to far when they were thinking outside the box there. The crust of the pizza was the same quality of any other house made pizza crust. It was standard plain crust, I personally prefer when pizza places season their crust in any way.
Also they give you diced tomatoes and lettuce in a separate container when you order to go so it doesn't make the pizza soggy. The lettuce was not shredded though, it was still in large leaf chunks. It made it difficult to keep on the pizza while eating it. It would be easier to get the lettuce to stay on the pizza if it was shredded, you could also fit more easier as well. As it was I could only fit a chunk or two, and then I really had to hold it in place. If it was shredded I could kinda fold the slice and make it into a boat to actually hold the toppings
Would I eat here again? Maybe if they change the pizza box and I didn't have feel like I am making a political statement walking around with it. I definitely wouldn't get the cheeseburger pizza and would try another pizza or perhaps a sub. Just would want a plain package. Give me good food, not...
Read moreI heard about this place from my fiance who heard it from one of our friends so I thought about coming here before we left Bullhead City, Az.
We were in Bullhead for the day to explore and see what it's like to live there and wasn't feeling it. Until I came to this place.
First person we met was Robert Hall, Robert's father. Spoke for a half and hour and learned about his family and about the background to this amazing restaurant. He and his family are true patriots and i admire his son for staying open during this PLANDEMIC while others gave up their freedoms. His parents are great people! His mom's peanut brittle was great!
The pizza is delicious and this is coming from a former professional Pizza maker. The Crust, the amount of toppings, the cheese and sauce are perfectly added.
This is the first time where I had wings like this. Crispy and delicious!
Above all, this Pizza restaurant is hands down the coolest one I've been to. President Trump would be proud! Robert, the son, was polite and funny. We felt welcomed with open arms being here with them. Before we left he handed us a a little pamphlet, but not just any pamphlet. It's the Constitution. He told my daughter that if she learned it and recited it to him next time from memory, he would let her make her own pizzA! 🍕 He said something that I haven't heard anywhere: nobody is teaching anyone about our history, and the Constitution hasnt been taught to children in the past 50 years. That's sad but he's changing that and with delicious pizza!
I now feel like I can get used to coming here once a week.
update: 7/30/2023, This place is still special to us and always satisfied with the food! Thank you Robert And his family for having an awesome pizza place!! Love the updated...
Read moreHaving heard of a veteran friendly place with exceptional pizza, decided to stop for lunch at Great American Pizza in Golden Valley. I was accompanied by a friend and my service dog - very well trained, 5lb hearing alert dog. Saw a hand written sign on door that said “no animals inside, period” which I didn’t really give a second thought due to my dog being a hearing dog. Went inside, ordered our meal and went to a table. As we got to the table, the owner loudly and rudely, in front of a full house, said “I know it’s your right but we don’t allow animals, you need to go outside and we’ll serve you outside.” I said he was a service dog to which he replied “I don’t care, it’s not fair to customers, they don’t want to eat with a dog.” My reply was that it wasn’t fair to me or my dog to have to sit outside in the Arizona heat and wind” to which he replied “Again, I don’t care, let’s not go there, that’s your problem not mine.” By then my anxiety was rising, customers were staring and I just wanted to get out - I should have requested our money back but I wasn’t thinking clearly by then. I asked if I could give him an ADA card (a business card sized information sheet regarding the ADA guidelines.) He took it but again stated he “really didn’t care.” The pizza was decent but pretty greasy and definitely not with the rude and disrespectful attitude. If not for such a rude and disrespectful attitude, I might of let it go. I will file a complaint with the DOJ which is also “my right.”
While I am aware there are many “fake service dogs” out there, IMHO they are easy to spot. If a dog is behaving badly, service dog or not, businesses have every legal right to remove them. If they don’t, that’s on the businesses for continuing this...
