I went to this bojangles, because it was close and convenient for me.during the time of me ordering my food to go.the customer service I had was good.the only thing that I didn't like was the food display.very unorganized and the tin cover's that they use to cover the food was all over the place.nothing was covered.the food been just sitting there not selling because people was going to the drive thru.so after I ordered my food it took them a little over 15 minutes before I received my food.the manager there not one time asked me did I order, because I was standing there for so long.so I was just watching everyone patiently not saying anything, because it looked like they might have been short staff.then a woman ordered food at the drive thru,and when she paid for her food.she was upset because that's not what she ordered.and when she stated what she received.it was my order that they have given her.so a big argument took place there with the customer and staff, and a fight was about to start,but the manager finally came out and did his job by not letting it Escalade any higher than what it was turning into.so I started to ask for my money back but I finally received my order.the chicken supremes with fries was pretty good and the barbecue chicken bits was ok.but the two apple pies was old and tuff.i was really disappointed 😞,but I didn't go back I just delt with it,and I know not to ever go back there.as long as I stayed there patiently.u would think they would give you good quality food.i just wanted to share my experience.not All...
Read morei ordered 4 pc supreme dinner ar 2:25 pm paid with a card and gave 1.00 cash for 4 extra sauces. Was greeted at the window in a decent manner, paid recieved my drink and card back. I was then asked to pull forward into a parking spot. I work as a chef/manager in a resturant so I understand some things take time. I waited until 2:48 according to my cell phone time log thats 23 min then called to see how much longer. They said it had been ready they were just waiting to bring it to me. I asked if the sauces where there and I was told she didnt check nor box it up. I looked and there was only 2 chickens and 1 sauce. The lady said she would fix it went Inside and came back with the chicken and another sauce... so its 25 min after I placed my order my tea is watered down i waited to call i understand how places can get behind I am still missng items i purchased so if i was charged for 1 sauce and she swippedx my card even after giving her a dollar. Where did the dollar go? I would not of tipped anywhere for this kinds of service so i assume the cash was stolen either from myself or from the company depending on how you look at it and what was rung up. I noticed 4 other cars having yhthe e same issue and having to walk inside for their food. I am just wondering what was going on to cause this. Read moreThis is the worst Bojangles to get food from at dinner time. My fiancé and I have had it with this place. Almost every time we come here for dinner there is something wrong. Either the order is incorrect or the food is cold and sometimes both. I had to convince my fiancé to come tonight and it was a mistake again. She had to repeat her order back to the cashier 3 times and they still got the order wrong! Our order is always $13.88. We ordered a large Pepsi with light ice, a large sweet tea, two four piece supreme dinners both with mashed potatoes and honey mustard. As per the picture you can see they charged $13.72. They tried giving her a small Pepsi and fries in both boxes. They corrected those two issues with attitudes and when we got the boxes home we noticed there were only three piece meals! The place was a slop box as well. The floors were absolutely disgusting. The chicken was cold and the mashed potatoes cups barely had a scoop in them. No utensils. I would really like to know who does the inspections here to give this place a rating in the 90 percentage range. We will never come back here again. If I could give zero stars I would.
