Lexi, the so-called manager, with her drive-thru headset on, was in the parking lot talking with her boss when I pulled up to the drive-thru menu board. After no one answered, I pulled around to the window, hoping to get service there only to find that nobody was manning the window. After a couple of minutes, Lexi strolled past, full of attitude. She was rude & disrespectful with every word spoken, so much so that I asked for the manager. That's when she told me that she was the manager. Then I asked for the regional manager, and she refused to give me the information. Then she blamed me for messing up her drive thru times while she left her station unmanned while she was having a conversation in the parking lot with her boss. Then, to top it all off, she had the audacity to yell at me, telling me to get out of her drive thru window. I couldn't believe it. Worst experience ever!!! Who hires these people? Not once did she attempt to apologize for the delay & actually blamed me for her drive thru times being messed up. I thought I was being punked, really??? Read moreI believe it was Wednesday when I got Hardee's due to the fact that Wendy's drive thru was closed. I love Hardee's but had never had it from this particular location. I wanted to order that hot honey chicken sandwich that I thought they had, but apparently didn't. So I just settled for the Frisco and went on my way. Can't go wrong with a Frisco burger.
I ordered a chocolate milkshake for myself for the ride home since I was craving chocolate. I got handed this right when I pulled away and I noticed that the milkshake was barely half way up the cup. Why should I have to pay $1+ more for a milkshake that isn't even filled up all the way?
That building is so hard to get in and out of, I decided that it wasn't worth going back but lord, if you're going to let me order a milkshake, fill it up. The two young boys were okay and seemed nice. Manager on duty was out front smoking, crouching behind bushes and talking on the phone.

He did not say anything to me at all. No one at the facility was friendly or even looked up to acknowledge me the whole time I was there. I asked for a refund only to find out days later that it was never even put into the system. I called to speak with Austin to explain what happened only to be hung up on. This facility had the worst customer service skills I have ever had to tolerate. I never would have thought I would get treated like that until I started telling ppl my story & everyone said plain and simple it was my skin color. IF YOU ARE NOT WHITE DO NOT GO HERE...
