Update: never been contacted. Clearly Wendy's doesnt care about their customers or employees. Its been about 6 months. We still dont eat at any wendys and do not support this business. My visit was disgraceful. I took a family of 5 to eat here and the G.M Misty ruined my appetite with her disresptful mouth, rude behavior and aggressive body language. Rushed us at the box while deciding. Slammed every bag down in front of us, yelled thru the open window to get the drive time down insinuating that we needed to hurry. I asked for her name and the cashier shut the window and refused to acknowledge us. Not even to give us our drinks. She said she's the gm so my complaint would only reach her. I find this remarkable. That your establishment would allow a GM that kind of authority. Who holds her and her team accountable? Thats who id like to be made aware. District manager? Regional manager? Franchise owners answer to corporate so I just cant believe they would be so irresponsible. To allow her actions and a paying and patient customers concern to go undocumented or even mentioned to someone with some authority over situations like this. Honestly, she looked hot and messy. Nothing like I would expect a Gm to look like as the face of your brand or someone leading by example. She dismissed my request for her name a second time as if saying so would deterr me from documenting my experience or expressing my concern. Her actions were unprofessional. Her team reflects her leadership. Classless and lackluster . I can't believe I paid $45.00 to be insulted, not even recieve my total order, and be made to feel entirely unwelcome. All for her drive thru time? What about my time?
" At Wendy's, we're all about serving up fresh food, even if it means going the extra mile. When you walk through our doors, we do what we can to make everyone feel at home because our family extends through your community."
From Wendys very own website. So how is it someone projecting the opposite is chosen to reflect your companies policies? You said even by going the extra mile. The only thing extra was her attitude. She wouldn't even apologize when given the opportunity. You said your team makes me feel at home. Not here. It feels more like we were rushed off the welcome mat. I definitely wasn't treated like family. More like trash on the ground. What a disappointment. Please have someone responsible for Misty , besides herself, to contact me. I need to know that my experience reached someone who cares about customer success and will rectify the situation....
Read moreThey need a present manager. The drive thru was closed and over 25 people int the lobby waiting. No one was sitting down .
The drinks were out in the lobby, and so was the ice. Each person waiting had to get a staff member to fill their cups up with ice... Then give the cups back, fill it up with bad soda from the lobby, pour it out, ask for more ice then for them to refill cup with soda from the drive thru... Then tasted it and the drive thrus drink machine was also out. I waited for 15 minutes for my food that sat on the back counter. 10 old nuggets and a medium fry. Out of everyone in there waiting... No one seen anyone preparing food. No fries, no nuggets, or anyone on the grill. No one bagging food either.
The man taking orders acted like he just start that day, or he wasn't really capable of working there or that position.
The lemonade machine was "out", the fries were BROWN and 90% CRUST.
✨✨ The last time I went my burger wasnt even thawed in the middle.. I waited for 15 in drive thru and then they made me wait 30 in the "pull up" spot. You would think it wouldn't be a problem to cook the burger all the way through ...
✨✨ The time before that I was cheated out of $9.
I have never done anything with fast food but all that needed to be done tonight was to tell the employees what to do. Like work .
To be honest I'm not sure if the one in charge was a man or woman... No judgment, I'm just saying So that the manager or owner of this can fire the person that was supposed to be making sure things for done.
And get this, before i ordered the man at the register told The woman in front of me that the "wait was an hr" . Like he was trying to get her to change her mind about ordering food from them... I didn't know that there was a wait at the fast food restaurant... Especially one that doesn't even have a drive-thru... Well they do have a drive-through, but they can't run it.
I understand the place gets busy... But if you can't run it... Stop trying to. It gives all Wendy's a bad name. If you can't find enough employees just do everyone a favor that likes to come in there and shut down temporarily. This is something that corporate needs...
Read moreThis was the worst experience I have ever had at ANY Wendy's ever and any restaurant ever and I am 53 years old and have eaten at many different types of restaurants and many Wendy's but this experience would have made Dave Thomas very upset since the Wendy's motto is "fresh" and "quality". First of all, the employee taking our order was not very friendly and she had already forgotten to give a previous customer his cup. Then we had to wait a little while for our order. We were eating in but she gave us the order in a bag because she said there were no clean trays. The facilities were very nasty and had a bad odor especially around one of the soda machines. There were very few straws and NO napkins. I had to ask for napkins and then go back and ask for the sour cream to go on my baked potato. Each time I went, I was not acknowledged. I had to speak up to get her attention. My baked potato could have been cooked any days previous to today because it was NOT fresh. It was puny and tasted like a left over potato. While I was waiting to ask for sour cream, I noticed how dirty the kitchen area was and how unsanitary. There were flies and I noticed a bag if hamburger buns open on the cart of buns. None of the employees acknowledged me. This was a location at a Pilot. I would have expected better. My children even said they hoped they didnt get food poison from their food. Far from even a decent experience. I have never written a negative critic of a restaurant before. Will not eat at that...
