(2 months ago) ☆☆☆☆☆ 1st off, yes 5 stars! We normally order delivery but I was starving leaving work so I went ahead & placed an online order before leaving my parking spot so I could pick it up. Surprisingly I got there 15 min before the estimated time, so I had no problem waiting for it to finish cooking. I've had the Garden, Pepperoni, White Cheezy pizzas, Cheesy Bread, Cinnamon Bread & Chicken Ceasar Salad. EVERYTHING IS SO GOOD! Marco's cost more than the average pizza chain but so worth the price! You can order pizzas with no red sauce & get white sauce, yummy! You can add dipping sauces. You can take toppings off & substitute with something else, you literally get what you want made & it's good every time. ALSO, create an account!! Don't just sign up for rewards (someone stated you don't get the online promotions at this store, in the fine print it says "only at participating locations") so you can simply ASK if they are honoring it & if not & you still don't want the pizza go somewhere else! Just because a promo isn't offered at their store, if I already decided on pizza & things that's what we are getting. ALSO, with the account its not just promotional emails but you earn POINTS. (We have been getting pizza almost once a month for a few months & I was always checking out as a guest!) LAST but not least, each receipt will have a survey & you can get FREE CHEESY BREAD, so if you remember to do that every time then boom saving money getting free bread! Honestly we haven't had a bad experience here. Sometimes it's okay not amazing but that is so rare & it's still not bad!! Delivery time has always been early or "on time" but not super late like other people's but honestly that's always a risk ordering pizza!! Read moreI placed my online order for delivery from the Collge Park Rd location in Ladson SC on Saturday 8/3/2024 at 8:46 pm for it to give me a delivery time of 9:30pm... Order total was 42.82. At 9:45 my order still has not arrived, it's a Saturday so I figured they are busy, I saw in the app that my order was completed and just thought it should arrive soon. At 10pm I called to get an updated ETA because now I can't track the order because it's telling me there's no order to track.. Speaking with the "manager" who refused ro give her name. I was informed that my order was sitting there but they only have 1 driver and he got other orders so I can come get it... Um I placed a DELIVERY order cause I need it DELIVERED!!! She then said well I don't know what you want me ro do, you can wait a couple hours to see if he can get to your order... I asked her was she serious because THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE! And if there was an issue that she should have contacted the customers to let us know, we shouldn't have to call after 30 extra mins beyond our delivery time to find this out!! She offers a refund, ssks me sll the pertinent info, Then she said well our system is down, from which I stated then HOW are you looking up orders, and why ask me all this info? And if course she had no answer. I asked for the corporate number, and again this information was unknown by her... She then said, I can call and speak to the GM tomorrow... My suggestion!!! Read moreOne of the worst customer service experiences in recent memory. Greeted when I arrived. But it is all downhill from there. Advised them I had ordered online and gave them my name. Advised it would be just a few minutes, not a problem. Wait and see a pizza placed on the rack ready to go. I am not alerted this is my order. I continue to wait. Finally I approach the person at the desk and he asks, are you waiting for an order? I provide my name again. He then goes to the rack to get the pizza which has now been sitting for 10+ minutes. My salad has not been made so without any sort of communication he runs off to complete. The original employee comes back to the front and asks if I am still waiting. I point out the fact my pizza has been ready for over 10 minutes and she could care less. I ask to speak with a manager who comes over with his headphones on. I explain what has happened with no response or apology. I then point out the music they are listening to is very vulgar and laced with profanity, glad I did not bring my kids.
