I couldn't tell you how the food taste because I sat at the drive-thru window tonight for over an hour I sat beside the speaker for 20 minutes and apparently they didn't know how to ask anybody what they wanted to eat so I figured the speaker was broke I get to the window for the guy to tell me that he cannot serve me because I did not order but I was never asked to order anything or the speaker never came on the whole 30 minutes I sat beside it I've never been treated so rudely at a restaurant before my whole entire experience of eating out I will not go back to this place again and this gives Wendy's a shitty name to have somebody franchise into their business like this that is the rudest place I've ever been to in and waste of time and gas I burned out of quarter of a tank of gas waiting to get something to eat if you plan to go there to eat to sit there for an hour and then tell that they cannot serve you because they failed to answer the speaker or intercom and take an order hopefully it closes down soon. I've never been refused anything to eat because I did not order because nobody took my order they need to get it together up there I will never go back there again or any other Wendy's for that matter if they hire dumbasses like that I waited an hour or two give that place money and they refuse me service because I did not order through the speaker because they failed to use the speaker to take my order then they tell me out the window that they cannot serve me I hope it closes down soon I will never eat a...
Read moreThe staff at this Wendy's, including the on-site manager, were a poor representation of folks who take pride in doing a good job. These employees failed to work as a team. They did not communicate well, nor did they listen to customers as I clearly stated my order. I stated, "I'd like two number #10s" which was an Asiago Chicken Sandwich meal... why did the young man ring up two 10-piece nugget meals? He did take ownership of his error, which says one thing favorable about his performance. Once his manager came over and cleared his screen, we started over. It took this team over 20 minutes to prepare two Asiago Chicken Sandwich meals, and they still got the order incorrect by providing one regular chicken sandwich and one Asiago sandwich with Luke warm fries and a luke warm Asiago Sandwich. The only positive part of the experience was that the Arnold palmer and strawberry lemonade were above average. I was more disappointed than angry because what we witnessed Sunday, 30 June at the Goose Creek Wendy's location was a sad depiction of a generation of workers who sadly do not have the go-getter attitude nor the discipline necessary to do anything well. This...
Read moreThis drive through experience was NOT a bad one by any means... In fact the girl at the window was extremely polite and sweet which was very refreshing! 😁
I believe she was the same person who took the order at the drive up menu (more often than not it's a different person) but it's been my experience that one person working in fast food with the same chipper disposition at the same store and same lunch shift, highly unlikely!
Received order, which was missing items and without hesitation the girl immediately fixed it...
Now, Once upon a time... I worked for the 'Big Evil Clown' Having said that... Let me just say this:
Customers expects accuracy. There should be no need for the customer to check their order. The customer expects their food order to be accurate and they pay for it to be so.
Employees who take extra steps to provide exemplary customer service are not a dime a dozen and should get some recognition even if they make mistakes, we all do.
So until we live in a perfect world... just remember, No matter which: 'PapaMcWendyChickABurgerHut' You choose to drive through, ALWAYS double check...
