I will not be ordering from here again. This is the third time they have messed up my order in a major way. I’ve been in their position, so I know it’s not that hard. I get mistakes happen, but I gave them multiple chances to get the bare minimum right. I don’t think I’m expecting a lot. If I order a footlong sandwich online for over $20 and even leave a tip, I shouldn’t receive a six inch. If I pay extra for something, I shouldn’t be given the run around about what I can get instead as a replacement. Just give me a refund if you can’t provide what I have asked for. These kinds of mistakes are simply unacceptable, and yet they are persistent to the point of being expected. The food is not good enough to have to deal with this level of incompetence. The workers are also extremely rude and visibly annoyed the second you walk in, which I honestly wouldn’t even care about if they could at least nail the food. But they can’t and don’t! If they won’t so much as be polite in a way expected of any customer-facing role OR perform a basic task correctly, then they should go work...
