As a regular Panchos always finds a way to dissapoint me. Between lousy customer service, inconsistent pricing, constant mess ups I believe they earned 1 star.
One server rings my order up as $14 the other $16 when I mentioned this he just said sorry it is easier to ring it up as $16 and did not offer to refund the difference or make it up in any way shape or form.
Pancho's also consistently messes up orders. Wether it is forgetting to put tortillas in the to go bag, mixing up the meat choice, or just giving you the completely wrong order, there are a lot of mistakes made consistently. It is very frustrating driving back home only to find you have the wrong meal then you have to try and deal with bad customer service.
They have also failed to give me my credit card back a number of times through the drive through, last time it was left in the credit card machine.
I feel like the only reason panchos is still in business is because they are located in a food desert. I really want Pancho's to thrive but consistent issues paired with bad customer service have led me to leave a one star review and reconsider spending...
Read moreThis place was super awesome! Best Mexican food I've had in a very long time (and I eat Mexican food very often)! My wife and I split the fajitas jalisco (chicken, beef, and chorizo) and it was seasoned and cooked perfectly... also a ton of food, my wife and I were both stuffed after sharing it (just the single portion, not even the double portion). They had a choice of spicy and mild salsa and both tasted great, but I preferred the spicy - tons of flavor and actually fairly spicy (which is rare for a Mexican restaurant to even offer a spicy salsa like that). Nice hot chips too. I got the sopapilla for dessert and it was great, just right crunchiness, sweetness, and cinnamon. The waitress was attentive and friendly and the food arrived very quickly. We just happened to be driving by and saw this place and needed to eat so decided to try it out and man, I'm glad we did! I'd eat here very often if I lived anywhere near here, but unfortunately I don't. They had a large menu with a ton of options including several I haven't really seen anywhere else, that also sounded great. I'd love to try more food here but I live...
Read moreOur visit to Poncho's Mexican Restaurant was a flavorful experience that left us satisfied and eager to return. I indulged in their quesadilla, which was simply great, while my girlfriend opted for the shrimp chimichanga – a dish she described as nothing short of glorious.
The appetizers didn't disappoint either – the cheese dip was an absolute delight, and the guacamole, was also good. While the flavors were undoubtedly a highlight, I do have to mention that the service was a bit on the slower side. It took quite a while to get our check, which tested our patience.
Despite the slight delay, the overall dining experience at Poncho's was well worth it. The delectable dishes and memorable flavors make this restaurant a must-visit for Mexican cuisine enthusiasts. We're looking forward to returning, hoping for a smoother service...
