Would be 5 Stars except the woman and man at the little ordering window are not friendly and we have been going there for summers for years now. We get really excited about going on arrival- we stay for a month- we feel like its a family thing and neither of them smiles or says hi-its ICE CREAM for goodness sake- its should be a HAPPY PLACE :). How about some cool 70's music- or how about coming out of the shack and wiping tables which are always a mess and just saying 'hi'. We had the pleasure of stopping at this roadside gem while camping at Acadia / Schoodic Woods. Very friendly folks! I went all in and ordered the kraut dog and homemade fries.
