Frosty Fox Restaurant and Event Center — Restaurant in Grafton

This place is awful. Went there for supper with my husband. Waitress took over 15 minutes to wait on us there was only 1 other table, and they also had to wait. When she did get to us she reaked like pot. She forgot our drinks, a pop, and a lemonade until we reminded her of it. Then, instead of bringing the pop she brought 2 lemonades. She took the 2nd lemonade and set it on the bar. She waited until I was finished with my 1st lemonade, went to the bar, and grabbed the lemonade from there. It was extremely watered down. My husband ordered the Los Angeles burrito. A greasy taco meat filled burrito with a flavorless white sauce. I ordered a burger. The meat tasted rancid. I had my husband try the hamburger he even said it didn't taste right. Super greasy fries. The waitress left the building only to return 15 minutes later with her 3 small children, whom she let run around in the event center. The cook had to bring our food because the waitress wasn't in the building. Enough said never again....

Their valentines day specials were supposed to consist of different levels of food, starting with appetizers and ending with coffee.. instead of ordering the sirloin and lobster, I asked for the aged ribeye and lobster, then asked them to charge me the difference in steaks. They charged me for two entire meals, the aged ribeye and the sirloin and lobster, though I got no extra meal sides or even the sirloin. The food was small portioned, but good, but not over $70 worth. Apparently, the difference in steaks was over $35? I will not be going...

This is the best place in Grafton! It is too bad that more of Grafton did not come out in support of this restaurant and event center. What a great gift the owners tried to establish...
