Many people recommend Wong's to us, but everyone had said, BUT I haven't been there in a long time. That gave me a second of pause. I ordered the simple lunch special, chicken fingers, boneless spareribs, fried rice. My friend ordered chicken fingers, beef teriyaki, lobster sauce, lo mein. I LOVE boneless sparerib. These were cold. This is the first restaurant I've been to in a long time that they didn't char ribs a little bit. They don't have to, that's for sure but these are cold, I think they were only heated by the heat of the rice which was very hot. The chicken fingers were very hot. The spare ribs led the meal for me which I couldn't eat any more of it because now I'm unhappy about the cold spareribs. The server asked if wanted to have something else made. But I didn't want to I didn't want to take the chance. I had previously wanted to order the crispy orange beef, but it didn't come with anything no vegetables no rice. Which was strange to me. So I opted off that. I ate a forkful or two of the rice, but I just wasn't feeling it anymore. My friend ate hers except for her beef teriyaki which was again not charred in any way, and was very soft kind of look boiled in a weird kind of way. The lobster sauce. If that was real lobster sauce and I have never had lobster sauce before. It tasted exactly like ground beef...
Read moreTerrible, absolutely terrible. Placed a order for Delivery they called back to tells us our PICK UP was ready. Then called back again to verify our order then called a 3 third time to collect the CC info AGAIN. Food got delivered over an hour later, it’s cold, chicken wings have zero meat on them, they forgot the pork fried rice we called back to get it the lady said “when I called to retake the order you never said pork fried rice” we PLACED IT IN THE ORIGINAL ORDER! Tried charging us again. Whatever is happening over there as of late is really ruining this establishment for me. The last 2-3 months every time we’ve ordered something was either wrong or forgotten and the food is ALWAYS COLD. They really need to get it together. All set with this place for...
Read moreI'm so sick of locals saying "Best Chinese Food In Central MA". Have you tried Red Pepper on Mill Street in Worcester?! Now that's a proper benchmark. If there are no Asian folks eating at a Chinese restaurant other than staff, you should probably leave. The food is obviously not the focus of this place. The bar and beer collection including Tsing-Tao, seems to be the focus of this restaurant. The food we tried is on the greasy side, the sauces overly sweet, the ingredients are okay but certainly not premium. The staff is very nice and accommodating though and the atmosphere seems to be that of a friendly...
