Ruby's Snacks — Restaurant in Graham

Amazing Mexican food! My only complaint is that there is one woman that works here that NEVER gets my order right. This morning I ordered three breakfast burritos. One egg, potato & bacon. The other two were steak burritos. She clearly asked me if the onion & "extras" were ok & I told her yes. She read my order back to me & that was that. I get home & open my burritos, the steak burritos are just steak... maybe two or three strands of onion. The egg, potato & bacon had almost NOTHING in it! It had sausage & that was it! I cannot believe I spent $25 on meat...

Hole in the wall kind of place. Good food 😋. Not much atmosphere 😕. Prices were in line with the good food. It just needs some homey touches. It could be a really great spot if they could spend a little money and update the exterior and interior.

Update: Flautas were crisp and fresh and tasty. You almost couldn't tell they came frozen.

They're not made from scratch. But everything else was good, even the canned pinto beans. They're taking shortcuts but they still are really good.

While visiting downtown Graham, we looked for an 'ice cream' shop that was open on a Saturday afternoon. We were delighted to find Ruby's! We were given samples to try and settled on the crema with strawberries and mango sorbet! There was so much to choose from and several selections looked incredibly artistic! The owners were so kind to us and the shop was beautiful and so clean. If we lived in Graham we would have them cater birthday parties or celebrations or just visit as much as possible.
