Maybe it’s just THIS location but they can never get my order correct even when there’s NO ONE in the drive through or eating in the actual restaurant so they definitely aren’t rushed… i get the same thing every time, a small frosty and a large fries. some times they change the size of the frosty or even the flavor and DON’T TELL YOU. sometimes they forget the frosty all together. how do you mess up frosty and fries almost every time?…
Edit: Went with a classmate of mine to pick up lunch during our break since it’s the closest thing to us (2 of our other classmates were also in the drive-through behind us), the lady at the window was relatively nice to us but she tossed ketchup at another one of our other classmates and they forgot at least one item for each of us (there was 4 of us in 3 separate cars). This will probably be the last time i eat from here
Edit x2: I was willing to give it another chance. I tried ordering through their app because they always ask if I want to use my rewards app so i thought it would be more accurate and i would actually get the items i PUT INTO THE APP. i ordered 2 biggie bags for my brother and I on the app and after picking him up from school we headed to the location and it was about a 10 min drive. the app said my order was ready by the time we were driving and when i pulled up to the window they didn’t have my order and told me to pull to the front thinking they would just come out to deliver our biggie bags, after 15 mins of waiting my brother went in to check on the food and he was told the order was still not ready and waited another 10 mins, when he came back into the car, we noticed they “forgot” my drink so he went back to go get the drink which took ANOTHER 10 mins for a DRINK, at that point we were just angry and hungry (spent 45 mins waiting on 2 biggie bags) and when we got home, we realized we had sauces missing AND they gave me the wrong sandwich, they swapped out my bacon double stack for a jr cheeseburger… there wasn’t even pickles 🥺 this is definitely the last time i’m coming here, time AND money wasted

Read moreLet's start with the slow service and a basic lack of care. Trash cans full the drink counter was nasty with trash running out on to the counter drink spilled everywhere, tables not being wiped down and sticky drink on them. They have a health grade of 95 but I think it is a far cry from a 95. I also noticed that someone had their non-service dog in the eating area and it was barking at everyone. My food was cold and basically had no condiments on the sandwich. The hamburger was dry and no flavor. It tasted like it was cooked that morning and served to me around 4pm or so. Three people working and they seemed to be more interested in the drive thru than the front counter. We waited for 25 minutes to place our order. There were no napkins out on the holders and everyone was having to ask for them and the first few people were told that there was napkins out on the drink table where all the lids and straws are and the trash all over the place because the trash can was full. Even after being told many times they could not manage to put napkins in the bag with your meal. Don't get me wrong, I love dogs and have had many in my life but a barking Chawawa non-service dog does not belong in restaurant. The floor was so dirty that you could hear your foot steps as the sole of your shoe stuck to the floor. I will not be returning to this Wendy's again! Being short handed is one thing being nasty and not caring is another. Really tired if hearing hiw we are short handed while all at the same time the prices going out the top and what you get for that price increase is way less than 3 years ago and bad service as well as a nasty filthy restaurant. Read moreBeen stopping by here during seasonal trips for ten plus years. Had one other really bad experience, but the one tonight was pretty spectacular and I just witnessed it. Walk up to order, 4-5 groups inline ahead of me, all have apparently already ordered. Wait about 5-10 minutes and no one has stepped up to take anymore orders or bring anything up to the counter. See one guy in the back working. Pull out phone and try to put in a mobile order, but it doesn't show up as a valid order location (not inactive or unavailable right now). Talk with the other people waiting. One gentleman asks the one worker we can see for the manager. "We don't have a manager." Explains his job was to clean and that is what he is doing and thinks everyone else just walked out. Says he's sorry doesn't know how to make the sandwiches yet, cracks a few jokes and apologizes. A female staff member walks from somewhere we couldn't see from the back and walks up to the counter. The people who have ordered ask her about getting their food, ” our line guy is gone", what about a refund, "we ain't got no manager, and the guy who took the orders left" .... One guy walked off (one who has probably been waiting the longest), and the female staff took the people wanting refunds to the gas station. That's when I left,.
