... okay, I know y'all look at these reviews to determine where, what, how, when, what should I expect, what does the reviews rant about etc. BuT.... For Kansas City being a really rather broad spectrum of eateries, FoLKs, gO check this one out! I've eaten outstanding and the most foul ick that moves. However, that IS sO not The Cheezteak Company! My family and I have followed this, little wonder for, well for enough years I seem to have lost count BuT!!! AwESoMe spot to run when you happen to be closer than whenever. Not really sure which roCkIn and rather well priced menu items to get! So, try them all! I will say they seem to have started using a different type of cheese sauce that was pretty noticably processed beyond an okay sort of taste. But, hopefully the nice folks that own the greatest little tongue tickler that side of Adams Dairy Parkway in KCMO, begin to notice that the saucy stuff needs to go back to the good stuff it was when they first opened or take the kick to the pocketbook that would almost certainly be a sizable difference. Seriously though, people...all the cheesey sauce aside, YuM yUm. Well priced, great service, a bit difficult to find for those unfamiliar with the area...bUt abSoLuTElY worth finding! Will see you again very soon Cheezteak Company,...
Read moreI think this place may just have the best cheesesteak sandwich in the city. If you can appreciate such a thing i would definitely check this place out. It has a small town family friendly vibe and feels very comfortable. I have eaten in and had take out. Both equally good. There are several booths to accommodate indoor dining. The cheese sauce is absolutely fantastic and may be the best I've ever had. I can also persoanlly recommend the French fries. They are seasoned in some way that I havent had before and are also very good. I believe the cook is also the owner and he is clearly experienced and knows what he's doing. Overall, I can't say enough good about this place. Well worth the time and effort...

The meat is cooked right in front of you, and they are good sized sandwiches. It's hot, tender, and full of zest. The hot liquid provolone is an interesting twist, but one that I think pays off personally. The fries are good as well, they have some tasty seasoning. The only complaint I could have is the pricing, it's $6 bucks for a sandwich. But then again, you pay that much for subway, and it's not near the quality, nor as satisfying. So ignore that last bit, this place is great. Support a local hole in the wall, and make sure to try...
