Pizza Palace of Granby — Restaurant in Granby

I want to say that this isn't my first time ordering from this place but it definitely will be my last. I placed an order through uber eats via instracart and had it delivered unsecured. It is standard practice for most places to seal a pizza box with a sticker or tape to ensure no mishandling or compromise. My pizza was delivered basically open which when I tried to bring this to the attention of the restaurant the woman on the phone stone walled me. First claiming it wasnt their order. The woman clearly did not want to hear anything that I had to say which is fine but wouldn't let the manager come to the phone because she wanted to argue that it wasn't their order and when I proved that it was she still tried to argue with me instead of immediately putting management on the phone. I'm honestly disgusted that she was so obtuse in treating me like I was at fault when I was truly trying to bring a honest and valid concern to their attention. I am telling everyone as a Granby resident, order from Family Pizza in South Hadley or Parthenon. If they handled this situation better. I honestly wouldn't be posting this review but it is disgusting they would treat a reoccurring customer with such unsatisfactory...

I grew up all my life going to Pizza Palace (I’m now nearly 40 yrs old btw just to help paint a better image of “all my life” lol.) THEIR PIZZA is truly one of a kind!!! The GF pizza is also SOOOOO GOOD! Usually places that do both reg & GF, the GF tastes NOWHERE NEAR as good as the regular. But this place, their GF pizza was JUST AS PERFECT as their “regular” pizza.

Also. Their salads, o mmmmm gggg…. Yes they are “just a salad”. BUTTTTTTT, this place has always had this ONE AMAZING house dressing that literally JUST MADE the meal! It MADE the salad taste a hundred times better! And I just recently found out that the woman who has made that dressing all these years is now no longer there… so NOWWWWW IN ALL MY years of life, and started to eat salad at just younger than a year even lol. LITERALLY, THEEEEEE BEST PART ABOUT THIS PLACE, was their house dressing and salads !!!!!

If anyone has information on -* WHAT KIND* of “house dressing” they used, & even find out info for a or ThEe closest recipe, to finally be able to bottle it up for later use. Oh boy. Someone’s at the dooooorrrrr!!!!...

I remember coming here as a kid and I loved it. I tried to take my soccer team here (11 kids, all 10 years old) after our last game of the season a few months back. The first words out of the owners mouth were “I don’t want kids running around here.” I told him we’re here to eat pizza not run around. So he said well the kids can stay but the parents can’t. I said they’re 10 years old, they all came with their parents I don’t understand what you’re saying? You want to parents to wait outside? He then says “I don’t know I don’t have time for this I have customers to take care of.” Okay I thought that’s what I was ?? And you don’t want kids running around but you’re telling the parents they can’t accompany them?? Clearly you just don’t want business and pick and choose your customers.
