W.H. Farm Cafe Mining Co. — Restaurant in Granby

Took a little drive this morning and ended up at WH Farm Cafe in Granby, MO. At 10:30 it was pretty quiet inside, which honestly made it even more enjoyable. We were greeted right away by James, our server, who was welcoming and got us seated quickly.

Since it was right at the transition between breakfast and lunch, we had the option of either menu. I went with the Hamburger Steak along with a side salad and coleslaw, while my folks stuck with breakfast—omelettes, eggs with sausage, and pancakes.

The food came out in under ten minutes, served on those old-school cafeteria-style plates (a fun touch that I really liked). Everything was solid—my Hamburger Steak hit the spot, and I especially appreciated the salad dressing coming in a squeeze bottle so I could add more as needed.

Overall, this spot has a true small-town, old-school charm that made the whole experience pleasant. I’ll definitely be back again soon!

Truly a hidden gem! We happened by (a few months ago) and can't stop! If you blink, could could miss it! Quaint little restaurant with a mining theme because of the location, Granby, MO. Hometown hospitality and service. Their menu is surprising in number and variety of selections, all homemade and everything we've tried has been excellent!!! They also carry an extensive array of Boba's, coffee's, and ice cream creations, not to mention their cakes, pies, cookies, cinnamon rolls and muffins! Their daily specials will blow you away in selection and taste! The entire staff is friendly, eager to please, and full of fun! We just tried them for breakfast...WOW! I haven’t had such a great meal out in a long time. You might think “it’s just a cafe, how good can it be?” But you will be pleasantly surprised. Hubby got a single burger, which was huge and delicious, and I got the smothered chicken, which was also huge and delicious. I also got the sweet potatoes with bacon and caramel, which was absolutely addictive! Even my side salad was great.
