Subway — Restaurant in Grand Blanc Charter Township

Unbelievable. I can’t believe this location is still open. I worked at biggby next door two years ago and they always had their doordash/online order notification sound going off the ENTIRE shift, as in they never received or confirmed the order. I come in today because my husband is in the ER and they have 4-5 girls that ran to the back when they saw us coming and then we waited for about 3 minutes before one came out and said she would be right with us. 3 girls come out, one has her phone in her hand and on the make line with no gloves, the other 2 we’re grabbing their phones so they could go back to the back. The girl that was taking our order had her hair barely up (strands falling out everywhere and no hate) and asked us repeatingly what we were getting after we just told her. Waited 25 minutes for someone to take my order. This is no joke. The bread machines were beeping and a would not shut off. A bunch of doctors and nurses were waiting to be helped along with me. At one point security had to go back and make sure no one was injured in the back room. The young lady Jalena was not thrilled to see so many people and was quite rude. Everyone is entitled to a bad day and I was willing to accept that. However when I wished her that she felt better she said “I will when you take your sandwich, the smell of the meatballs make me nauseous”. Having just left work to drive to the hospital to be with my wife who had been admitted to the ER all’s I wanted was to eat after a long day and take care of her. This was totally uncalled for and unprofessional....

Yesterday after my appointment I decided that I'd get food for myself, fiance, and my momma. Subway sounded good and we ordered and then we waited forever for it to be done. We than ate it and then we dropped my mom off at her house. I started to feel very sick to my stomach. I just figured it's because I didn't eat all day. Then this morning my mom sent me a picture of her other half of sub from her bacon on her sandwiche that was not even cook!!!!!!!! She told me last night she got sick too.
