Bunkhouse — Restaurant in Grand Island

Very poor service last night!! We went for burger and fries night. We got there at 5:20, and didn't receive our food till 6:30! When we got there a waitress took our order, along with 4 other tables. She had to leave right away after she took orders for an emergency! In the process of leaving took all her orders with her! Never got turned in!! A half an hour later, another waitress came over, told us the situation and retook our order!! They never got turned in!! So, needless to say we waited for another half an hour!! Burgers 🍔 were fresh and juicy well done. You can sabor the juiciness in each bite. Loved the Burgers. They had a charbroil flavor. Good 2 hand size. Fries had no flavor. Added ketchup and mayo to give them flavor. The service needs alot of work. They were to serious. There was no Greeting or reading of a specialty. 2 different staff both the same. Plenty of seating. Tried to order delivery. It was so disorganized. I was called saying they would have it delivered because the wrong date option was offered. I received no call back saying it wouldn’t be delivered. When I called they said they were not planning on delivering it and it had not been made. I am now charged for the order with no plans of delivery.
