30 Yard Line — Restaurant in Grand Junction

My husband and I tried this place today, on a whimb. We both ordered the "Champion." (He had fries for a side and I chose to upgrade to Mac N Cheese) I'm always a little skeptical of ordering burgers from new places, because I'll admit I'm picky on them. I was extremely pleasantly surprised. The burgers were cooked to PERFECTION. Absolutely delicious and seasoned just right. The Mac was cheesy goodness and the fries were to die for. (I ended up stealing some from my husband. 😅) The server was friendly, portions were generous, and the atmosphere was comfortable. I went there with whole family last night. One meal was sent back because it was drenched in sauce he didn't like at all after 1 bite taken. Even though we sent it back we were more than impressed with our burgers. When bill came they charged us for the uneaten food. Mind you this place is really out there (more than an HOUR from me) I probably wouldn't came back multiple times but not when I'm playing Russian roulette on if the food I pay for is gonna be worth it.
