Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Grand Junction

Overall decent experience ends in SUPER RUDE employee "It's extra pizza dont complain". Overall my experience has been good. HOWEVER today I ordered a large pizza with half peppers/olive and half bacon with light sauce online as a carryout. I leave my house when the timer shows me that my order is baking. By the time I arrive at the store it should be done. I text my husband when i get there asking if our timer says finished. He confirms it does. I go in to pay and go sit at the table since it was apparently not done yet. The gentlemen who i believe is named Jerry informs me somehow my pizza hasn't gotten baked yet. So im like that's fine ill wait until you guys make it. The pizza is prepared in a timely fashion, I thank them, Jerry is apologetic but I mention its not a big deal. I head out to my car and check the pizza just to make sure before I drive away. Its a plain cheese. I hurry back in and let Jerry know this isn't what I had ordered. He takes my order again in house and I sit back down to wait. It's not a big deal they are busy and I really would just like my correct pizza made so I can go home. Jerry offers some extras since domino's made some boo boos. Hes a great employee, wonderful person to deal with. However, this younger female employee with brown hair (maybe Jessica I didnt really catch her name) walks out to hand me my finally finished order. I'm a little confused because shes bringing me two pizza boxes. I mention to her id like to check the pizzas cause I only ordered one. To my pleasant surprise they had thrown the cheese pizza in for free. I say "Oh you guys are giving us the cheese for free!?" Her response was "Its extra pizza dont complain." Then just walks off. Excuse me????? Ive been here for over an hour because you guys screwed up my order twice. I was very civil and nice and you have the audacity to say something as rude as that? I get that they were busy but that was 100% uncalled for. There are so many other ways this employee could have politely said yes we are giving you guys the cheese pizza for free. Nothing against this domino's since they are overall a joy to work with but that employee left a very sour taste in my mouth. I left without pointing out how rude she was since they had about 8 people also waiting for orders instead of just me an hr ago. Hopefully this...

Angry trans employees that don’t like straight men. Let me just tell you that the manager was one of the rudest and stupidest people I’ve ever met my life. Placed an order they close at midnight I went to pick it up at 11:25pm.

The manager went on to say that they did not receive an order. There was only an order that was 45 minutes old. That was a small pizza.

Then I went on to explain the situation and come to find out the order actually was done! Then she tried to charge me $10 more than what the actual price was along with giving me attitude the entire time.

I told her good luck with her career. Very tall woman, probably 6 foot 3. Also, another man there with long pink hair that was not very helpful....

I have ordered from this place twice. Dec 22nd- They don't honor the 5.99 deal and then they tell me one thing but in the end I get charged more. My first delivery driver was awesome in the end. But tonight I ordered from them again by app, They are six minutes away me but instead od deliverying my food, they travel 15 mins from my location and then instead of dropping it off at my hotel door they leave it at the front desk. I am disable and have a hard time walking. Especially after driving all day. When called backed all I got was excuses. And the food was barely warm/hot. The driver even went to the wrong hotel.
