Date of Visit: 6/2/19 around 4:00PM - Not-so-great experience to start, but they turned around after my complaint. We ordered our food and the wait staff were not very attentive. I received my order and it was partially incorrect and partially cold. I ordered a burrito with only chicken and cheese, plus a side of rice and a side of beans. I received a burrito stuffed with lettuce, tomato, rice, etc. and my side of rice was cold as if they had just pulled it out of the refrigerator. Unfortunately, I cannot eat lettuce and/or tomato (it makes me very ill) so I brought my plate back to the bar and told them what was wrong. They returned to my table within 5 minutes with a $10 gift certificate to the restaurant. They returned to my table as my husband was finishing his meal asking if I would like my food re-made. We said, "Certainly." They provided me with a new burrito containing only the fixing I asked for and they microwaved my rice so it was warm. The properly made burrito was fantastic! My husband said his meal was perfect except the refried beans which tasted more like chili. Will definitely return to Zorbaz in the future if I ever...
Read moreA coworker and I stopped in after doing some shopping, to check out the menu, we had the Mexican pizza and a few soft drinks. Seemed a bit spendy but I was pretty hungry, order the food and right away I got the check payed before the food even got there, then absolutely got ignored, the service was terrible. Our waitress shift was over seconds after we ordered and payed, then complete silence from the other bartenders. I didn't mind but my coworker who never says anything was like can we get some kind of service, I suppose our check was cashed out before the food was at the table, so who cares now right, so food was very good, but doesn't make up for the bad service. I will not come back, nor would my coworker. I tipped my waitress for good service which from my coworker says we didn't get. Yeah so I'm putting one star for the paid service we tipped for and never got. Service is the most important next to attitude if a place...
Read moreSecond time visiting a Zorbaz, both within a week. This visit was a bit before noon on Saturday. Place only seemed to have a few other tables occupied, not sure if their busy time is lunch, happy hour, 9r dinner. Visit last week at another location we tried pizza so this time we tried the Mexican. We ordered: chips, salsa, and guacamole - chips were alright, salsa wasn't very spicy, and guacamole was ok but nothing great. Colorado connection burrito - ordered as hoped it would be spicy as have had good Colorado Chili in the past unfortunately the spice wasn't there. Chicken and rice burrito - overall the burrito was ok but the chicken just didn't have the flavor I would hope for in a good burrito and is a mix of white and dark meat. The place seems fun and could see it likely getting busy later in the day with a decent...
