Just tried Smash.ie for the first time and wow—I’m still thinking about that burger. I got the double smash and it honestly reminded me of a Big Mac, but like… way better. The patties were crispy on the edges, juicy in the middle, the sauce was on point, and the brioche bun just tied it all together. You can tell it’s made with care.

Even better, the owner is such a good dude—super passionate, really friendly, and has some big dreams for where he wants to take the business. I love seeing someone pour their heart into something and absolutely crush it.
