Took the 75 minute drive from Nampa/Boise to check this place out. Beautiful Drive on Idaho 45 and 78 to get here. This is a quaint little place with rustic charm! We had the Breakfast Scramble and Meat Lovers Omelet. Both were very hot and fresh. Eggs were cooked perfectly, very good amount of filling. The Omelet had bacon, sausage and ham inside it. All tasted very fresh and very generous portions. And with Hash Browns. They make their own bread for toast and it was excellent as well. About $27 for both plates, coffee and soda. Extremely reasonable for the amount of food you get. This is a great little place to catch a meal and take a drive too if you are ever near the Boise area.

3-2025 FINALLY a great place to eat in Elmore County.. was too late for breakfast. Home made BREAD BLT to die for!! Onion rings best in Idaho EVER. Great atmosphere, Colby our server was most excellent. Friendly, mannerly. Food served perfectly. I can’t wait to go for breakfast. A mere 23 miles from my house. So nice to not experience another disappointment restaurant.. I’ve got out of state guests coming.. I’ll be taking them there. Cindy’s cooking rivals my own. I hear breakfasts are great too. Thanks Colby for a stellar dining experience..

A fun little cafe at the end of Main St in the heart of Grand View, ID. It was decorated in a fun Grinch theme for the holidays. We had just missed getting there for breakfast, so we decided to stay for an early lunch and I’m glad we did. We had the Jalapeño Popper burger with fries and the Bacon Blue Cheeseburger with hand battered onion rings. The onion rings were great! Burgers were both awesome as well! The device was amazing!! I will definitely be going back. This was well worth the drive.

This place is the worst diner I’ve ever been to. All attempts to “Spruce” this place up has failed. There’s pictures on the wall giving the allure of farm to table food, but you can still see holes in the wall where one can only assume bugs and roaches are coming out from. Food has no flavor, salad bar is not fresh and contained flies. The service was lacking. You can hear cussing and yelling from the kitchen when the staff is overwhelmed. The sad attempt at what was called a jalapeño popper burger was raw when it came out. The fries were under cooked, bland and tasted like the oil hadn’t been changed in weeks. I went to take my food back to the kitchen (because I couldn’t find anyone out front) and I was taken back by the state of the kitchen. There was lettuce being cut on a dirty counter, the floor in the corners were black from years of dirt and grease not being properly cleaned and there was an obvious smell of mildew. I just set my food down, paid for what I ordered (which it should have been comped) and left. I wasn’t about to risk the chance of food poisoning. I’m surprised the health department hasn’t shut this place down. I wish there was a no star...

Decent food and ok service, although the menu description of what we ordered was not what we got but paid full price. Dinners say they come with a trip to the salad bar after 5pm I believe, but from where we were sitting the salad bar appeared empty and the waitress /server did not mention or direct us to it at all or mention that it wasn't currently open. With that said, Perhaps they should have just brought a salad or discounted the meal or at least made mention of it. Pricey for an inaccurate menu and having to pay for stuff you don't get. On the positive side, my fellow diner got double potatoes and steak because the cook said what they had was too small. Very salty but still good, were not offered drink refills, had to go up to counter for the check, and just could have had a way better...
