This store is not even worth giving a rating too. Placed an order online last night Oct 27th, it told me the delivery would be in 45 minutes about 5 mins later received a call from a woman that said they would not deliver my order because the driver had 30 orders. She stated I would have to come in and pick it up, she said they were shutting down deliveries online. So I told her the system says you will deliver my order, she proceeds to tell me no, so I told her I would call her corporate she hung up on me. I called the corporate and they said there is no reason as to why they shouldn't be delivering my order except for it sounds like they are being lazy. We then drive to the store in 35 mins, due to they said order would be ready, get to the store give the same woman my name ( I knew it was her because she has a east coast accent) she proceeds to look for the order, then tells me my order is in the oven. I watch her go over to the area where they make the pizzas, they proceed to make mine the young man nor her have any gloves on, We then stand there for another 30 mins waiting for the pizzas, then get told that they forgot to put one of them in and have to wait again. I ask her for the GM's phone number and she tells me she is the GM, I ask her for the number to someone over her and she says oh that's Tony and never gives me the number. I told her I am the GM of a hotel and never in my life have seen a business so poorly operated, and that someone either needs to be trained properly or fired. She starts to argue with me, which I always thought especially a GM should have better manners then that. Anyway get home one pizza has big bubbles all over it, the other one hardly has no cheese, no sauce just horrible. This store needs to be closed or have someone who knows what...

#1 I've never received hot food, it's always Luke warm at best, I'm a 5 minute delivery drive away but have no car.
#2 Replace items in your order if there out of the item, the give no heads up, They don't call or ask, they just choose for you.
#3 Having food delivery orders avalible and not staffing a driver, I used to work at pizza hut, to the managers discretion you deliver every order before closing. ESPECIALY when it comes in an hour before closing and not 10 minutes.
#4 They solve evreything with "you have a credit on your account, call in to get it" I now have $20 in credit and can't even get food.
#5 when I contacted the store to get some help with the app the person who personally identified themselves as the manager said three word sentences and failed to solve my issues let alone TALK to me.
Pizza hut, This store needs a better staffing and a serious retraining for management. I can't choose another food service as you are the only delivery near me so I will continue to order but I would really like to see improvement. PLEASE. Your a family classic
Read moreI emailed my complaint to the corporate office. The people at the store were amazing. I had a HUGE issue with my delivery driver. He was rude, yelled at me so loud my neighbors came out to see what was going on and they also called the store on the delivery guy. Beyond unprofessional he was. He set my original box down too hard and he apologized and said he would tell them he dropped it. At 1st glance the pizza seemed OK. But then when I got it inside I saw lots of cheese and toppings on the box so I called. The manager was kind and said she would replace it. The driver called me from the store saying I lied on him and how dare I (I had tipped him $10 on a $29 order) then when he came back is when he went off on me demanding an apology and yelling and fussing then plopped my new pizza in the middle of the concrete walk up to my door. I had even told his boss he was polite when he made the 1st delivery. I will never order from there again. Now he knows where I live and he seems the type...
