Hardee’s — Restaurant in Granite City

Service here is discriminating late in the evening, ESPECIALLY by the two-person overnight crew. They are NOT consistent, fair, or accommodating, at all, As the day & evening 🙄 crews are. By that I mean if you drive a bigger vehicle that may not fit through the drive-up, you can forget about getting service at this Hardee's during the late overnight shift, unlike the day & evening shifts. Any other time you can walk up to🚶🏼‍♂️the window, walk inside or even have it brought to you outside curbside. Apparently, you're all of a sudden, unsafe to serve as a 🚶‍♀️ "outside" walk-up or outside walk-in, during the overnight shift, EVEN THOUGH 🙄 they know ya. BUT THAT SAME OVERNIGHT CREW can 🧍‍♀️🧍‍♂️ STAND OUTSIDE AND SMOKE 🚬 🤔 IN EXACT SAME UNSAFE LOCATION YOU WOULD BE 😒 as a 🚶🏼‍♂️ 🚶‍♀️ walk-up to receive your called-in or app order. I been going here for a while cause they have the 10 for 9.98 deal on chicken strips. But when there burnt or the oil is burnt there not very good tasting. I don't see how that slips by the cooks if the really care and in this case they don't. So i ask for my money back and all i got well in the process of cleaning the fryers. well you should have cleaned and then use one to cook in till ya get the other ones cleaned out. And for reason every time i get french fries from ya guys there always and i mean always cold or soggy... don't cook the fries till they order them so they get hot fries. and same thing with your burgers always the burgers are cold or dried out. That's why i don't buy burgers or any sandwich from ya guys cause there not cooked fresh.. Hire someone that knows how to cook and that wants to cook and leave them in...

I had made my order online and then went to the then walk to the store to pick up my food the lobby door was open and I walked in all the way to the front counter waited a couple of minutes and then was rudely told that they are closed that I should not be in the lobby and I said that I had already ordered the food he told me the night manager had told me that I can go through the drive-thru I informed him that I did not have a vehicle and asked if I could just walk through he told me no sothe manager didn't even want to deal with us until he realized that we had ordered it around $50 worth of food then he had told us that we could wait outside and he would bring it out and the food was not even ready when we got there when I had ordered it online and it said to be there in 10-15 minutes and they had no one in...
