Bojangles — Restaurant in Granite Falls

I use to be a fan of Bojangles, but after time and time again of very disappointing service, food quality and overall satisfaction. I refuse to patronize this chain restaurant any longer. The location on 127 has to be the WORST ran of these establishments ever. On numerous occasions I have pulled thru the drive thru and the service has been EXTREMELY slow, food not what ordered and not given the essentials, (straw, napkins, sauces, etc) . Tonight 12-10-20 was the final straw, I pulled in and was second in line about 12 cars behind me, I ordered 2 chicken supreme meals, EVERY SINGLE CAR got their food ahead of me. When I pulled up to window I was given my drinks (again without straws) and told to pull forward which I did, BUT the young teens running the place were ALL on their phones not taking care of orders. PATHETIC!! I then waited for almost 30 min on my food. Like I stated EVERY car behind me got their food first. Well by the time I did get my food it was cold, NO Sauces, No napkins, nothing. Not even a sorry about the wait. YOU LOST A CUSTOMER BOJANGLES!!!...

Great food. Prices are a bit high on most stuff now though. But sometimes it's worth it. Right now, 6/28/2025, they have a deal of 6 bird dogs for $15.00, which isn't bad. They also have the "breakfast bo-rito" which is $4.49, but it's a pretty good size. Much larger than I expected. Also very good. so it's actually worth the price, in my opinion. My biggest issue is that they've changed the drive through ordering to an AI that you talk with instead of an actual person. I don't really like that but it seems to work well enough on getting the order correct. Better at voice recognition than most voice recognition software I've used in the past. Also, try the watermelon iced tea. If you like watermelon and tea, you'll love it. Just make sure you stir it before you try it, or you'll end up with most of the watermelon flavor at the bottom of the cup at the end. Little...

I would like to share a very good comment about Shantae, she is a very good friend and she has always been a hard worker. My friend is a very clean lady and she takes her time to make sure her job is done right, Shantae also treat people with kindness as well as respect. Bojangles need to be really grateful to have an employee like her and others that work so good and so hard for them, because some people in life live off of drama and take people and things for granted and then before you know it good help is gone. This Bojangles have really picked business back up since Shantae and a couple other people that has been back there, so I know if God’s not pleased with how you are treated and you know your not treated right,he will move you on to bigger and better things nothing but blessings.
