First, it took me over an hour to place an order online. The website refused to apply my rewards and failed to recognize my payment information. I attempted this about 8 times. I gave up on the website and tried to call in the order. I could not get through as the line was continuously busy. I went back to the website one more time and it finally accepted my order and told me the order would be delivered in 69-79 minutes. Second, I then called the store again to order dipping sauces because you cannot order them on the website for some odd reason. The phone finally rang and the girl who answered put me on hold. I was on hold for almost 15 minutes! No one ever picked up. I hung up and called back. A different girl answered and she helped me right away. The pizzas and dessert were delivered within the time limit they gave me. However, I ordered one of the pizzas with the garlic parmesan crust. Both of the pizzas that I received had plain crust. So now I call the store again. I told the girl who answered what the problem was and she put me on hold. I was on hold for 6 minutes and then I hung up and called back. The same girl answered and she told me the guy on the prep line said he made the right crust. I told her again that neither pizza had the garlic parmesan crust, they are both plain. She said they could remake the pizza and I could pick it up. I told her no, they needed to deliver it. She said that would take about an hour to deliver it. I said that was fine, please remake it and deliver it. She said they would do that. After waiting an hour and 20 minutes, no pizza was delivered and I called the store back. The man on the phone told me they had no delivery drivers to bring me a pizza, that they cut off their delivery at 8:00. I told him the girl said they would bring it out to me and if they cut off the delivery, why wasn't I notified? He had no answer for that. I told him I wanted a refund and he said he could not give me a refund and said I would have to call the corporate office. Read moreThe last two times I've ordered from here I did not get everything I ordered. The first time the delivery driver returned with the missing item. The second time, today, I spent 40 minutes on hold listening to Papa John's ads while no one answered the phone. My daughter was able to get through before I was because her call was routed to the corporate office which then connected her on a priority call to the Granite Falls store. It took another 20 minutes (total 60 minutes) before someone answered the phone, claimed she was the manager, that she was the only person in the store, and that she Did Not Know How To issue a refund for the missing items. Seriously?! Then she told me she would have to leave a note for the real manager. The good news is the corporate office in Atlanta had a very nice, professional, customer service agent who took down the complaint. I wouldn't have called them if the girl who answered the phone hadn't tried to impersonate a manager. On the slim chance that she actually was a manager and didn't know how to do her job that would be even worse. Getting the missing items refunded is the last business I will ever have with this store. It has happened too often and enough is enough. I don't recommend ordering food from this restaurant unless you like paying for stuff you won't get. An hour went by then 2 hours...it got to be 1:04am and we still never recieved our 1 XL pizza and 2 (16 piece) wings with a 10 count of cheesesticks. We had a carryout order and they called us soon after placing the order and said they changed it to delivery due to their carryout hours stopping at 10:40pm so we missed carryout by 5 minutes. The guy told us on the phone our pizza would be to us anywhere from an hour to an hour and 15 minutes and he would have it to us a.s.a.p. That was literally our dinner we were counting on after not eating all day long. We called Papa John's back at 12:30am and the phone went straight to their answering machine. We figured out that they had canceled our order and just closed. They didn't call and tell us that they were going to be canceling our order and not be delivering anything to us after they literally said they would have our order to us a.s.a.p. and even said they changed the order to delivery for us.. We stayed up until 2am waiting on this pizza and finally figured they weren't coming. We went out at 2am to get McDonald's and drove by Papa John's and everything was turned off and closed.
