Hardee’s — Restaurant in Grant

I was in the area and decided to drive thru. I was looking for a light meal. The menu board says kids hamburger combo $4.99, kids cheeseburger combo $4.99. So was not told the price , “drive around”. Was charged $6.80. Which was never said. The guy at the window asked if I wanted my receipt . So when I looked at it the meal was $5.89 plus tax. At first I thought maybe I read the board wrong. So being curious, I drove back around. I didn’t realize I was close enough to set off the drive thru speaker again. But I asked about the price difference. And was replied to by the rudest girl ever. She said there is an up charge for cheese. Which I get. But the menu board says same price for both . To which she replied. “I can’t help the prices” and disconnected . So my question is when did the price change and does no one care about honesty, accuracy? This is principle and customer service issues. . Literally don’t waste your money...

Were usually pretty hungry after church, & church ends around 9 something most nights besides Sunday's so we go to Hardee's wanting something to eat it's like maybe around 9:40 & the hours say they close at 10 however we went there lastnight again it was around 9:40 something & they wouldn't even let us order! Just saying if your gonna do that y'all need to change y'all's hours! Because on the door it says y'all close at 10!! Not to mention the other night when we came again it was around 9:40 or 9:50 something again & the workers was standing outside chit chattting & wouldn't let us in! The food is really good but the service isn't...

Their food is good and they always seem pretty friendly at the window. They never forget to ask if I need condiments and they never ask to pull you up and wait! I really don't like their parking lot layout, the DT lane starts kinda close to the gas pumps and if you're coming in from the other entrance, you fall in a huge pothole first AND also have to drive across the gas station lanes to get to the drive-thru. I realize this design flaw isn't Hardee's fault but they could mark the lanes with bright paint and reflective posts to show where...
