Los Charritos Mexican Food — Restaurant in Grantsville

Great food but not the best service over the phone when you call in. The first time I called in the girl I ordered with said a few swear words and was distracted and would say 'what' a lot like she wasn't listening. Today it was also hard to have a conversation. The girl was way quiet and short with me. When I worked in food and customer service I was always using an upbeat pleasant voice asking "ok you would like (what they asked for), is there anything else I can get you?" I would continue to ask what else they needed until they said thats all. THEN I would read their order back for them to make sure it was OK. I was the one directing the conversation making sure I got the order right and didn't sound like I didn't want to work or talk to the customers on the other end. I think a little customer service training would go a long way! I will still order from here but I hope the constructive criticism helps...

Affordable, authentic, Mexican cuisine in an easy to reach location. The chips are not overwhelmingly salted OR oily. I prefer to have the choice to salt my chips, THANK YOU! Greeted immediately upon walking in. The wait was not long & I was encouraged to try the salsa bar. I wish I would have tried more salsas. The hot is hot, the mild is mild. I also wish I would have been able to try more items off of the menu. However, I was given a very generous portion for what I had ordered. Very, very, clean. Lakeside churchgoers, stop by before or after for the most authentic Mexican breakfast & lunch you can get without crossing the border. I am looking forward to my next...

This place is really good and the customer service was great the first time but we went in for the second time and ate inside, the chairs and table were kinda dirty, the woman’s sink in the bathroom didn’t work, I got the enchiladas and 2 other people with me did as well and they came out really cold and the cheese was still shredded and not melted, we asked to have it warmed up as they’re normally hot and just didn’t taste that good cold and she said we don’t cook them that way but she warmed them up for us, and when she brought it back we said thank you and sorry and she said we’re not perfect.
