NOVA — Restaurant in Grantville

This is such a cool little spot. I heard about it through some of my friends and knew I had to pay them a visit. . . I drove up for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted immediately as I came in the door. The ladies behind the counter were pleasant and extremely courteous. I ordered a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. The Sandwich was very generous in size and reasonable . Coffee was fresh and hot. Not only do they have breakfast but a lunch menu as well. Also open on weekends in the evening with a selection of wines and charcuterie boards and Live Music . . . The owner’s husband came over and we had a great conversation . . . I have always been a fan of the Walking Dead and the wall by the restaurant is featured in the opening credits so that was also a plus for me . . . It’s worth the trip if you are in the area . . . This place was absolutely amazing, the atmosphere was everything you wish for when looking for a coffee shop. The baristas were very informative about coffee and how I could build my own drink. The food was delicious, and made in a timely manner. the owner was extremely nice and came over and told me about the walking dead and the filming and informed me of the town history and the wine nights that they have with charcuterie boards and snacks. Definitely coming back, and it’s very easy to get to right off the interstate. Just love...

Nova is an absolute gem! The atmosphere is so cozy and welcoming, it has that perfect mix of vintage charm and modern comfort. I could’ve stayed there all day just soaking it in.

The staff was incredibly sweet and helpful, and you can tell they really care about creating a great experience. And the coffee? Delicious. One of the best cups I’ve had in a long time, smooth, rich, and made just right.

So glad to have a place like this in Grantville. Can’t wait...
