Angelo's Italian Restaurant — Restaurant in Granville Township

I had a hair in my garlic pasta and once I bit into the pasta I had hair in my mouth which I nearly threw up. I let the waitress (Ruth) know about the problem I was experiencing. Once I let her know about the hair in my pasta she accused somebody from my party had their hair on my pasta. I said no, because nobody from my party had their hair out in my meal. She immediately started gaslighting me about this situation. The waitress asked me to flash my light from my phone to see this hair on my garlic pasta. I shined my light and then she started saying “the hair is attached to your phone.” This comment was INSANE to me because the hair was NOT attached to my phone at all and that I literally SPAT out the pasta once I felt the hair in my mouth. She immediately started gaslighting me about how the hair was attached to my phone when it obviously wasn’t. The waitress asked me if I wanted another meal in exchange and I said no I just want a refund for my meal and she said she would have to check with her manager to approve that. It was so disrespectful how the waitress downgraded the situation and assumed the hair was from my party when we have seen a female cook not having a hairnet on. My Garlic Pasta was voided but they still charged me for the toss salad that is included with the meal. I did not like that this waitress was denying the fact that the hair appeared from somebody from one of their cooks. I had a disappointing experience because not only was the waitress rude and unprofessional, the food was nothing...

Never a bad experience with this restaurant! Wide variety of menu options, great food & service second to none! I typically order a steak supersalad about once a month via takeout and some extra breadsticks because I like to take it home and mix it all together in a bigger bowl and add in some breadsticks. Not to mention, the house dressing is superb! I just had a wonderful experience tonight that made me love Angelo's even more when I didn't think I could love the place any more. I ordered my usual take out, but I got home and realized my steak was missing for my salad so I pulled out my phone. I had a missed call and voicemail! It was Angelos calling me back to inform me that they made a mistake. Now I have worked in food service for many years so I understand that miniscule mistakes occur every once in a while but I love that they called me in an attempt to fix the mistake. Now you name one other restaurant in this area that has a staff that would go above and beyond to fix their mistake! Think of any, if you did..it wasn't many, because good service is hard to come by. I have been and will continue to be a loyal customer for Angelo's. They also threw in some of their A++ donuts as a way to apologize. And I hope the staff sees this and feels good about themselves because they deserve to be recognized for the hard work they do every shift! Thank you guys for making...

Last time I ordered a Steak Super Salad with the House Dressing and it was literally Phenomenal ~!!! I mean it was fabulous! It had cheese, green olives (which really gave it a kick) and it was such a large portion that I ate as much as I could, (I was really hungry) and I still had 3/4 of the rectangular plate to take home! It even came with two of their scrumptious bread sticks which really hit the spot! I highly recommend coming here whether you are dining alone, as a couple, friends or a family! Everyone is welcome and it’s a great comfortable atmosphere! My daughter swears that their Chicken Parmigiana, is the absolute best she’s ever had and she’s ordered it from many different restaurants and declares that “ANGELO’S IS THE BEST!” Wait staff was prompt and gave us really great service! Number of people also claim that their Chicken Alfredo is absolutely delicious as well! Known for their delicious Salad and Breadsticks that are served with every meal are exceptional too!
