Cone Crazy on Main — Restaurant in Gray

this place is not good. their “policy” doesn’t make sense. the customer service wasn’t great, i have no idea why a place like this wouldn’t have a manager there until closing time but they didn’t so getting help was annoying because i could not speak to a manager directly regarding the issues i had. the employees there didn’t seem to have an inkling of what to do. the policy of “you didn’t taste test the ice cream so you cant get a refund or a different item” is cheap and unfair because they didn’t consider that flavors change when mixed together in a milkshake and also the flavors got watered down by how much milk was in it- it made it taste like water. they kept repeating that we should have taste tested when that does not apply here in any way. asked if we could get a 3 scoop of ice cream instead of another milkshake and they said they would only give us one scoop which is, price-wise, not the same as the cost of a 20oz milkshake. they have an unfair policy that needs to be fixed. they seem to care so much about money, so maybe having given me a different drink, would have made them more money because i’d feel a bit more inclined to return to give them another chance because i would love to go to an ice cream place in town. but having said that their policy is unfair customer service, i will not be returning so they lost a few dollars or so in the long run(i imagine it wont make a difference because the average person here doesn’t have great taste buds and they love “sUppORtINg sMalL buSinEssEs”.) p.s. they put their ice cream with a brownie in a cheap material bowl with some kind of parchment paper and the brownie sticks to the paper so you cant even eat the whole thing unless you wanna eat parchment paper too. all around a pretty bad and unfair experience, i wouldn’t recommend to anyone that wants genuinely good ice cream, milkshakes, or brownies. but if you want to go for the vibes alone, it’s...

Oh to put my experience in words of how amazing cone crazy is would be impossible! This place is just precious! From the hot pink cutesy interior to the darling and kind employees, especially, Halona Sanders, the mixed one with thick hair. I remember I came in one day after my late father had passed, and her smile and just friendly conversation lifted up my whole day... I don't know what made me happier the ice cream or that sweet young girl! I tell and yell at everybody I see about how delicious this place is! I mean I really wish cone crazy was a chain, see I'm originally from Macon, and we ain't got nothing good out there, but let me tell you something, cone crazy is where it's at! It is the bomb.com! Took my family tonight for ice cream. My husband ordered a pint. The worker scooped one scoop smashed it in the container and handed it to my husband. The pint container was literally only a quarter of the way full. My husband waited until they served one of my sond a 3 scoop of the same ice cream and then asked the worker if his pint was correct. The worker responded it was. The 3 scoop was 6.49 the pint was 11.99. If the serving of the pint was correct I would definitely recommend just getting a 3 scoop. More ice cream less money.
