Surcheros- Gray, GA — Restaurant in Gray

I was quite disappointed at this location yesterday. My mother and I went here for a nice and quick meal because it’s our normal go to spot whenever we don’t feel like cooking. We ordered some tacos but the steak was cold and the queso was watery. This was really unexpected to us because they are normally on top of things at this location, but I saw a lot of new faces that day so that could be it. We have gone to this store around 6 different times now and for whatever reason we are always disappointed. We love the food at surcheros but this one in Gray has been disappointing. Food portions are always less, the cheese dip is really watery, the store floors are dirty almost every time we walk in.

This store needs to be trained by the one in Milledgeville!! Milledgeville Surcheros is by far a better experience every time!

Hope this store can improve as it is a lot closer than...

Stood in line for 15 minutes and once we got to the counter we were not acknowledged and proceeded to watch them make 4 to go orders that came in as we stood there. I understand they have to do to go orders but if ur customer has stood there for 15 minutes and the to go order just came in you need to acknowledge and take that customers order.
