The menu of an excellent restaurant with the execution of an applebees. The meal started off great with some delicious lobster bisque and a corn chowder so I was very excited to taste my fillet oscar with bearnaise sauce but when the entrees arrived the illusion portrayed by their menu was dispelled by they're lack of ability to properly execute their own dishes. The bearnaise was little more than melted butter and while my potatoes were underseasoned everything was cooked properly. The pub steaks zip sauce was overly salty. The ribs on the other hand were fantastic, tender and cooked to perfection. The slaw and squash that accompanied the ribs were also delicious and done perfectly. The shining star of the meal was the lava cake which was perfectly crisp on the outside and melty on the inside, the bread pudding was also delicious however the creme brulee was noticeably missing the brulee, which is truly unacceptable considering the relative ease of melting the sugar and the fact that the name literally means burnt. Ultimately should you venture to Bradley's for dinner stick with the bar food, burgers and ribs and shy away from the more...
Read moreI’m going to preface this by saying our server was absolutely fantastic and spread so thin she was busting a serious sweat in a well Air Conditioned building.
We ordered nachos for an app, tasted good but sat in the window too long - super soggy. Got a kids burger for my toddler, ordered well done with cheddar and pickles. Came out rare with no cheddar or pickles. Hubs ordered southwestern salad and blackened shrimp, said both were good no complaints. I ordered steak Thai lettuce wraps and the corn chowder. Corn chowder was bland but otherwise no complaints. My lettuce wraps on the other hand, probably the worst experience I’ve had dining in a restaurant. I finally said something to the poor server after the THIRD hair I found and the bugs that were crawling in my lettuce. Either the lettuce wasn’t washed OR the kitchen has some serious bug problems. Either way, that dish made it out with the ok of the chefs AND likely an expeditor. Will not be returning to this unfortunately highly rated...
Read moreWe had hoped to go to Bud’s restaurant for lunch when passing through Interlochen but it was closed so we chose Bradley’s instead. We were surprised to find it was at a golf course but decided to go in anyway.
We were there mid-afternoon and while the bar was busy with golfers it took a while before anyone noticed we were waiting to be seated in the dining area. We were finally seated in a booth overlooking the course which was very nice.once we ordered we were served fairly quickly.
I ordered the half spinach salad with pomegranate seeds, toasted almonds and lemon vinaigrette. (It also comes with goat cheese but I don’t eat cheese.) I also ordered the sweet potato fries on the side. Everything was excellent! My husband had the bluegill po’ boy with chips. There was a good portion of fish and it was...
