9/28/24 If using door dash the site doesnt allow to add sauce packets and the managment is to stupid to include that especially for PARTY PACKS!!! Btw the soft shells in the party pack tasted like cleaning products or something and couldnt eat the rest..and was trashed and was a loss of money. havent ate tb from greenfield in over a month..just cant trust this location at all. This photo is a crispy cantina taco I ordered from Taco Bell. The Cantina crispy taco did not come with Cantina Ingredients I had ordered two and both were the worst tacos I've tasted also the tacos did not come with avocado sauce. It was like they never even heard of the Cantina Items. This place is run by the metally challanged to say the least. IT KEEPS GETTING WORSE! I had gotten a half-portion size Quesadilla, It was also folded when placed in the bag I thought they had forgotten my Quesadilla since this place is awarded for incompetence and as from what I have seen this place can't seem to follow guidelines and instructions and also I want to factor in that when these Quesadillas are made they leave three inches of only shell around the edges... I HIGHLY ADVISE YOU NOT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. "UPDATE" 6 - Some people might not give a sh*t about their money but I do! TACO BELL NEEDS GONE IMMEDIATELY! "UPDATE" 5 - Prices have Increased without a quality update smh. "UPDATE 4" Went there about a week ago from now and ordered my food through the drive-thru and only one person was behind me but I was told to park and they would have my food out to me quickly. So that's fine, but As I was parked, I was waiting for my food. Well, I'm sitting there waiting while watching others now go through the drive-through and out. My order was just a combo and 2 burritos so the order wasn't consuming but no joke after waiting almost 20min manager came out and said "We ran out of items for your order so we replaced them with other items" This place is the worst taco belI I've been to in my life! Can't go there without something going wrong with my order. "Update #3" 1/29/24 Once again, I ordered through the drive-through, and once again, there was no sauce in the bag, and this time, there was no receipt as well. I couldn't scan my points..insane! At this point BBB should be notified. "Update #2 from a day after writing this review" I was handed my drink through the drive-through by the manager with the wrong size lid and the drink spilled on me and my car while grabbing it. 🙃 congrats, Greenfield. I believe that's the first time that's ever happened to me at a drive-through.

"Original review" Several weeks since the official opening of Taco Bell, the portion sizes are improving on some items that I've ordered since the official opening date. As of now, nothingness has not been in contact for the past much has changed. Here is a list of improvements needed. 1. Entrance to the drive-through and don't get me started on the pavement... 2. Hardshell tacos are always broken into pieces, soft shells seem like all ingredients are mixed into a bowl and then spooned onto a softshell... The soft-shell tacos I've ordered always have stale edges from the restaurant. I then have to tear it off before eating. There is no use in taking orders back for stale shells to get replaced with more stale shells. I've been there and done that. 4. The easiest important one of them all. MILD SAUCE. I can't stress this enough. It seems almost impossible to get mild sauce put in the bag when ordered through the drive-through even after being asked for sauce and while...

Original Review - I've been to this taco Bell location 2 times with my boyfriend, since it opened. My boyfriend and I BOTH have gotten MILD FOOD POISONING! BOTH TIMES!!! The second and final time was last night. We went and ordered 7 soft taco supremes and one chicken chalupa taco. To start with the taco shells were not even cooked! Did not have any lettuce or tomato in them at all which is supposed to be included in the supreme soft tacos, same as the chalupa. Absolutely slimy and disgusting to the touch. The tase and texture was just as bad. It honestly tasted like they dipped our tacos into dirty soapy dish water. Work surfaces or wherever they make the food, is obviously being wiped down with dirty wet rags that are probably also used to clean the tables and other work stations. Both times we've been here it was the same. Spend 25$ for crappy food that tastes like an old dirty dish rag. Do not recommend this place at all, I'd give it zero stars if I could. You're better off driving the extra 5 min to McDonald's or Burger King, at least you know what to expect there. I know it's a new location but it shouldn't start off this bad. I seriously hope this place improves being they just opened because I used to really enjoy Taco Bell.

5/24/25 - Went back to this Taco Bell location in Greenfield, hoping it had gotten better. When this place first opened it was pretty bad. Surprisingly the first few times it was okay. Went again last night and both my boyfriend and my tacos were slimy. All we ordered was 4 soft tacos regular and 2 orders of cinnamon twists. All 4 tacos were not even made correctly. No cheese or tomato, hardly any lettuce, all of which comes on a regular taco. There was hardly any meat at all either. Basically just a slightly meat flavored tortilla dipped in dirty soapy dish water like the first time. There was also hardly any cinnamon sugar on our cinnamon twists. I think, after looking at some other reviews on here, it definitely depends on who is managing the place when you order your food. It's a hit or a miss. I think we're done with Taco Bell again for a bit.

8/8/25 - Tried out this Taco Bell in Greenfield again 🙄 boy oh boy they definitely seem like they can't get their shit together. My boyfriend and I tried to get a simple order of 2 large Dragon Fruit cream freezes to cool down on such a hot day. Of course they didn't get it right but what else is new. First there was confusion about asking if that particular menu item was only available through the app or through the drive through. Eventually got clarification that we could order what we wanted, so we ordered. Lo and behold, we get these yellowish, lemonade looking drinks. We double verified that it was the "Dragon Fruit Cream Freezes" that we ordered but they distinctly lacked the purple swirl we were expecting. Somehow in all the confusion the cashier put "No Syrup" on our order. Not once did my boyfriend say no syrup. We just wanted 2 regular large Dragon Fruit Cream Freezes that we paid 8$ for. Instead got some weird, funny tasting, off colored, supposed to be Dragon Fruit drink. Very...

When this taco bell location first opened they were great! Several weeks in things rapidly went downhill. I normally wouldn't complain but there's been issues the last 3 times I've gone. First time, I ordered three power bowls, waited over ten minutes with only 2 cars in the drive thru and i was the ONLY customer inside. I don't mind waiting but when I got home to eat, every single bowl was made wrong. Missing things I paid for, things in the wrong one, etc. The second time, I was missing two things I ordered and paid for. Tonight. My husband and I went. Placed an order at the kiosk (only two or three items), waited again, almost 20 minutes this time, while people stood at the counter waiting for food and telling the staff to add things to their order while they were making it. It seemed like the crew had no assembly line formed and were running around with no idea who was doing what. It's a shame because taco bell is one of my favorites and everyone in town was so excited to get a local taco bell! Hoping...
