McDonald's — Restaurant in Greenland

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt I needed to this time. After kindly asking the lady at the register to add sauces to my order she did and charged me Accordingly. When my order was called out, what appeared to be the manager during the 11:30 shift on Monday May 30th (she was wearing the grey shirt) placed my order on the counter.

I quickly checked to make sure everything was correct and noticed my sauces (which I paid for) where missing. I waiting patiently to ask for them when the lady walked up to me and asked what I needed I let her know what I was missing to what she responded VERY RUDLY “ we charge for sauces” gave me a very ugly stare and then proceeded to grab the sauces.

All I could respond was “ I did ask for them in the front” I mean, did she even look at my ticket before assuming I didn’t pay for them!? I should have just handed her my receipt and asked for an apology but I think a review holds more weight! Not that it’ll matter since this location seems to have a lot of bad...

Employees bagging food need to learn to count!!! It's pretty bad when you order 20 pc nuggets and 3 mcchicken sandwiches and they only give you 16 nuggets and 2 sanwiches.. we have given plenty of chances to this location. 90% of the time when my wife brings breakfast home, after working night shift, they dont put the hashbrowns in the bag that were ordered . Multiple times they have not put enough nuggets in the box and not give the right amount of samdwiches ... its simple counting. We have been shorted over the course of the past year about $50 in food, most of it was reimbursed but it's probably the worst thing you can have happen at a fast food place. Learn to count. I’m not sure who was takin my order, gray shirt hopefully doesn’t the manager because our whole experience was awful, tone, body langue, all of it.. we ordered a quarter pounder, cheese only with a large combo, then a 6 piece nugget and a plain cheese burger with a large Dr Pepper. We then used our free large fry. When we pulled to the window she stated $25 for our total. We asked her to repeat back our order and she named 2 additional meals we did not order. We asked her to take those off and then she repeated back our order with the exact things we asked her to remove.. so once she “got it right” we paid and then what we got was still not what we ordered.
