Skippers All Beef Hot Dogs — Restaurant in Greensboro

For seven years, I've seen this place and would keep driving. A few times, I would see cars wrapped around this little building, but I still would continue driving by. Because based on the appearance, I felt it would be impossible to believe it would be worth the stop. However, I was wrong. The food is prices are very reasonable. Inexpensive if I be totally honest. Especially on $1 hot dogs days and $1 hamburger day😂😂. But even though the prices are inexpensive, I was not cheated on the quality or taste of the food. So I strongly recommend Skippers. It's a great place for college students on a strict budget, or for families who want to eat out, get plenty of food, and not have to spend alot of money. Asked 3 times for large Sprite with light ice. Cashier even said it twice. 3/4 of the cup was ice. Ordered Aggie dig with cheese. It was barely warm and hot dogs looked like it had been cooked for a while. Most of cheese was stuck to paper and I had to look to see if there was chilli. Ordered onion rings, the portion was so small and they had dark hard pieces in them. Only a couple were actually rings. Then I ordered a sausage dog and it was a curled up piece of kielbasa type sausage on a hot dog bun. For over $4.00, it should have had a roll. The mustard was just barely smeared on the middle of the sausage. I asked for some ranch for my onion rings while I was waiting and was told it would be another .59 cent. The hotdogs are the only thing I would recommend. I had my hopes set high for Skipper’s. The BBQ is trash, there is no way anyone tastes that BBQ before they served it for the day just awful. The Mac-n-Cheese not good at all. The wings probably were cooked a few hours ago, they taste old. Long as my wait time was I was expecting fresh chicken wings. I visited Skipper’s last week, I had two hotdogs that I waited 25 minutes for. The hotdogs were ok, it was just the wait was a bit much for two hotdogs. I called this time but that was a joke on me.
