Do not come here. I ordered 3 footlong sandwiches. I had a coupon/promotion for buy 2 footlongs, get on 1 footlong free. When getting ready to pay I told them that I wanted to use the coupon/promotion. The lady at the register told me that their coupon machine was broken. Never heard of that in my life for any Subway I have been to, ever. If there is a promotion, they usually apply it without you having to request it. Also when I got the sandwiches home, they had a thin layer of meat. A footlong has way more meat on it than that. My husband was not happy when he saw the sandwiches. This was my first time coming to this location. Needless to say we will NEVER come back to this location EVER again. I noticed some good reviews but a good bit of were about two years ago. Happened to be coming back the same way, just got around Greensboro and still got a family of 4 to feed, completely forgot about the previous experience at this location. Ordered 2 foot-long turkey on wheat with spinach, tomato and ranch, nothing fancy. We asked “could you cut them in half?”. “No problem” says the nice trainee but then the miserable old lady from the previous decade shows up and says “no that’s 4 sandwiches”. Fair enough, but then the bill before tax is over $22? That’s $5.50 per sub which is way over what you should pay for 4 basic 6-inch never mind 2 foot longs. Will be filing a formal complaint with Corporate.

She also had problem as I wanted two cookies instead of chips. After all this I went to restroom to wash my hands. The facility was absolutely disgusting. Toilets were not flushing. Soap dispensers empty. No paper towels and the air dryer did not work. If I had not already paid I would have immediately left. This franchise needs to be shut down immediately.
