Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Greensburg

Had lunch here following a baseball tournament. This has to be one of the worst restaurants we’ve ever eaten at. It took 10 minutes after we seated ourselves before our server (Robert) made his way to our table to take our order. We had the buffet, big mistake! The buffet was never turned over the almost hour we were there aside from replacing the breadsticks. The pizza that was sitting on the buffet was ice cold and old. The salad bar was decent. We had to ask for plates, forks, napkins, and refills for drinks. We never did get the check and ended up just going to the cash register to pay. There was no soap in the men’s restrooms. Robert picked up a pizza of pizza of the floor with his hands. Threw it away, and never rewashed his hands before going back to serving. Never again will we be back....

Rude employees, especially the young man who took our order. One employee sat in the dining room playing with her cell phone the entire time we were there. They had no fountain drinks or even iced tea. They had diet Pepsi, mountain dew and water in bottles for drink choices. Restaurant was clean, looked as if had been recently remodeled. No salad bar or buffet, was lucky to get a pizza. The pizza was alright, not like it used to be. We will not return. This place seriously needs new management. Food was absolutely delicious. When the woman behind the counter came up with the order, she seemed excited about how good the order come out to be. Really good pizza and toppings. Obviously this particular establishment doesn't do a ton of in person dining, with some storage being in the seating area, but was very clean, organized, and had a very high score on their health inspection score. Don't let the Karens scare you away. Place your order and take home and enjoy. Good people...
