Hot Tamale Heaven 82 East — Restaurant in Greenville

One of my Bestie's / Work Buddy had to come to Greenville, MS for work on yesterday and today..... Which Greenville, MS is also my Home Town and we were trying to decide between Frost Top, Paqualies.... or however it's spelled and Hot Tamale Heaven..... She made me decide bc im from there but I narrowed it down... I said nooo to pasta bc it was too dang hot outside and I said ... well let's just go and look at the menu at Hot Tamale Heaven and if not we can go on over to Frost Top bf we head home.... LET ME JUST SAY THIS..... HOT TAMALE HEAVEN IS AMAZING, FROM THE ATMOSPHERE, WORKERS, DOWN TO THE FOOD.... I LITERALLY HAVEN'T BEEN HOME IN 20 YEARS AND TODAY MADE MY TRIP TO MY HOMETOWN WELL WORTH IT... THANKS SO MUCH FOR YOUR KINDNESS, EXPERIENCE, HOSPITALITY, AND GREAT FOOD. I WILL BE BACK... MATTER OF FACT.. MY UNCLE THAT STILL LIVES IN GREENVILLE IS COMING TO SEE US FOR THE 4TH OF JULY AND I'VE ALREADY PUT A BIG ORDER IN WITH HIM TO BRING ME MORE..... I have been eating food from here for years, Before the owner got a storefront. Now the customer service is terrible and they really don’t care if you get treated badly or not. The manager told me after they did not make the food I paid for that she didn’t care if I gave them a bad review because I cannot stop everybody from coming. I asked her was she serious and she said have a good day sir. I afraid I will never spend another cent with them. The food is not as good as before either. They have a don’t care attitude and it is reflected in the food. On top of that they didn’t even tell me why my food wasn’t made. I wasted 30 mins of lunch on Hot tamale heaven! I was supposed to receive a curtesy call from the owner but that never happened. So you can try...

I noticed I came here and I asked the lady about a item I purchased in the past and asked her do she still sell it here and she was very rude and told me they don't sell it there and everytime I go here they normally sell it but I don't understand why so I left and I had a friend told me she came here and she ordered something and after that she asked her about something and that same lady got mad at her. She told me the one woman was very rude and we will never come back to this place again and we will never support this...
