Update: The owner of the restaurant reached out to me via phone and apologized about the service and said that it would be corrected.
Since issue is going to be resolved I am changing this to 5 stars as everything else was very nice about this location and service.
Original review: We got to the restaurant and I understand that it was Christmas day but after being told about the wait and being seated the server then proceeded to ignore and wait on other tables passing us up multiple times.
After confronting the person that was on the floor they said that they were the manager and that someone else would wait on us and even though we had been waiting for an hour. They also began to yell at other workers and say the only reason they were taking other people's orders was because they were only 2 people in the party.
The server Anna that finally helped us was very sweet and apparently was called in to help.
My complaint is with the manager as they should have been more understanding and saw that we were waiting and at least let us know what was going on rather than waiting on other customers while totally ignoring us then making excuses as to why they should...
Read moreThis place is very clean with staff that check on you frequently. Much better than the other location in town. The only downside is that there arent enough soft surfaces to absorb sound so if a table across the room is loud, it echoes. Went there on a saturday night and a group was cutting up pretty loud so it was a little tricky to have a conversation. But if echoes arent an issue, highly recommend. Wasnt the fault of the restaurant per se. Hope they hang some soft materials to help with the noise. The floors are tile, so more allergen friendly. Seems mobility device accessible but i wasnt in one that day, so cant confirm. The design is a straight shot into the dining area but the restrooms are on the other side of a glass door without an assist button. They accommodated for my allergies and left satisfied...
Read moreI’ve been having a hard time and took my two daughters to eat dinner here to distract us from reality for a little while. While my kids ate I just kind of sat there as dramatic as that seems. Emlea was my waitress and noticed I was having a moment and I was telling my kids my eyes were just watering that I needed some allergy medicine. She brought my kids ice cream to distract them from me and wrote such nice words on my receipt it brought more tears out. I just feel she needs the recognition for going above and beyond when she didn’t have to and being so nice to someone she didn’t know. This was so much more than customer service to me. You don’t see many people like her anymore and just wanted to somehow let her know how much this moment really...
