Krystal — Restaurant in Greenville

I went to this Krystal’s back in March I wasn’t happy with my food. I wrote a review and the manager called me back to apologize for the food n the service and offered to replace my entire order but I told her I didn’t live in Mississippi and she told me no matter when I come back my order would be replaced and she was very sorry I wasn’t happy. Well I went to a Blues show in Greenwood, Ms so on my way home on June 23rd and I stopped by and true enough they called the manager I had spoken to and she remembered me and the crew took care of me and replaced my order and this time EVERYTHING was to my satisfaction. I’m so looking forward to my next trip so I can visit this store again. Not all Krystal locations are the same! This is the only Krystal location that I’ve repeatedly visited. I’ll admit, the food isn’t the healthiest, but it tastes so good! The Krystal Burgers with cheese are consistently good and the chili cheese fries are the best I’ve had. I tried the Junkyard Fries on my last visit. They’re basically the chili cheese fries with jalapenos, bacon and ranch dressing. They were so good! Also, the sweet tea here is perfect. I’ve always had a pleasant experience with the staff. This establishment says they are open 24 hours; however, when arriving on 11/26/21 and 11/27/21 employees were there, but said they were closed. When I inquired what time they closed because the sign and online information has 24 hours, a female employee abruptly yelled, “man we closed!” This interaction was rude and unacceptable.
