Our second visit to The VC was an absolute delight! Despite being a group of eight, we had no trouble getting a table at 3:00 on a Saturday. Our friendly waitress went above and beyond, ensuring that our food and drinks arrived promptly. We opted for the spinach artichoke appetizer, a massive pizza, and side dinner salads. Each dish was exceptional, with the pizza, dip, and house-made Parmesan salad dressing particularly noteworthy. We highly recommend this restaurant and bar to anyone seeking great food in a casual atmosphere! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Delicious food that had lots of great options. The VCBLT (BLT with thicker Prime Rib slices with a spicy aoile on marble rye bread) with sweet potato fries was amazing. Son had the homemade chips with his chicken strips that were also great. Husband had the prime rib French dip (Skinny dip) made with slabs of prime rib, not shaved and he said it was also great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great cocktail options for being off the beaten path.

A trip to the cabin on Lake Vermilion is never complete without a stop at the "VC"! It's a cozy and fun "northwoods" style bar whether you are there in the Summer or Wintertime. The place is a must for Vermilion and local snowmobilers! They offer a large menu of food options and I've never been disappointed with any item I've ordered. If you're feeling extra ambitious get the "Bamboozler" sized Pizza...

When you think North Woods hospitality this is exactly what you’re expecting. And maybe a little more with a dance club to boot. We boated over for lunch and while you dock your boat in one bay the restaurant is actually in another, a short walk up a driveway and across a road and you’re there. The place is massive for the area and the dinning options are plentiful, including the largest pizza I’ve ever seen (it took 8 guys to finish one). We sat at the bar, mostly because those seats had backs on them. Ordered a round of drinks and the soft pretzels - which are very good - and some sandwiches - which were also pretty good. Definitely a spot for regulars. The bartenders know them, their lotto habits and their drinks without having to be told. You also get a good amount of local gossip sitting at the bar watching golf on the TVs. All-in-all a solid lunch and dinner option. Can’t wait to come back after 4p to try the prime rib (3...

The food was OK. I wouldn't say great, but I would eat here again. The atmosphere, at least when we were there, was very loud. Some noise canceling items like more carpet or something would be nice. It was also very bright. The two together have me a huge headache. I would suggest a little softer lighting. That brings us to the service. Again, not terrible, but our waitress was either to lazy, or tired to walk around the table handing us our food. We had a party of six, and she stood at the end and handed the first person the plate to pass down. Unacceptable in my opinion. On top of that she rarely checked on us, leaving us to go to the bar for more drinks, water, etc. So overall, it wasn't bad, but definitely needs a little...

Great atmosphere and amazing service. I had been told by a neighbor that the vermillion club had "great pizza ". It's the typical dry, pre-made food truck crust. I ordered the house special with peperoni, Italian sausage, onions, green pepper, black olives and mushrooms. The sauce was pretty bland for my taste buds. Canned mushrooms along with a freezer burnt off tasting sausage was a real turn off for me. I don't mind paying $23 for a medium but I expect "fresh ingredients ". Quantity of topping was good. I'll definitely go back, but I will skip the pizza and order a steak or one of the other menu items they offer. Nice large menu and, as mentioned above,...
