This is the worst and bitter experience I’ve ever had with any restaurant manager or staff period. They really didn’t care about customer experience or may be forgot the fact that if you’re kind and show good customer experience means they will come back again even if something went wrong. We ordered two items over the phone and the manager who took the order couldn’t really understand what we were saying and He took a wrong order and gave double of one item. When we called them back asking about this, they behaved like it’s your problem and cut the call. Since we were hungry and couldn’t really eat what they gave us we went back and asked them to correct it. It took 10-15 mins for the manager to show up and both the staff we spoke to and the manager were extremely rude. Manager literally started blaming us that that was the order we gave and it was completely our fault. He finally succumbed to giving the item we actually asked for but asked us to pay again and said all he could do was give a 15%. We told him that what he gave us is not what we can eat a double of since it was meat and I am a vegetarian. He was very reluctant and pushy and finally took our package and removed half of it from the box in their kitchen and gave the order we actually placed. May be he gave in coz it’s not good for new customers coming into the restaurant to see the manager and the customer have a discussion in this way! All in all it wasted more than an hour of our time and effort! The food in itself was okay but just didn’t feel like this staff really cared about customer service!!!
