Food is always incredible, our server that her name starts with a K I won't say her name did actually nothing for us but take our order. Didn't bring us silverware that we had to go get. Had to get our own salad plates had to get our own drink refills where she said I am glad you found the drink station. Never took one plate off our table. Talked to the manager and he said let us know next time so we can make it right. Isn't it the managers job to walk around and check on people. Crazy... we will start going to other Chicago's pizza.

Pizza is pretty good. Not a "Chicago style pizza" but they have deep dish. Not really the same, but you take what you can get. I ordered the Skyline, which is a basic meat and vegetables. Pretty good. Crust was crisp, which is a good thing. Although I ordered eat in, it was accidentally placed in a box. Not a big deal because I was going to need a box, but the pizza soaked thru the box. Maybe steam from being so hot?

The new Chicago's Pizza on Worthsville Rd. is excellent. I used to be a fan of Noble Romans, but Chicago's has them beat with their deep dish. Far better in flavor, topping disppersion and the crispy edges. Very nice atmosphere and the front is garage doors they open in the summer for an open air feel. Very nice. Service is fast and courteous too.

We have been loyal customers at this location since they opened and always had good food and decent service (takeout only). The past two times we've done takeout orders, something has gone wrong.

We ordered 2 small pizzas on 9/22/21 - 1 GF BBQ Chicken and 1 GF Chicken Bacon Ranch for $28. I got there to pick up our order and parked in a curbside spot, texted with my name and waited 10 minutes. Nobody ever came out to take my payment or anything. I finally had to go inside where I found out they had made our order wrong. They were already in the process of remaking it so I sat and waited. There were a few young people at the counter and they were busy so I tipped a few dollars and said thank you.

We called tonight for a pickup order (I spoke with a girl but do not know her name). Again ordered 2 small pizzas - 1 GF Buffalo Chicken with ranch dipping sauce and 1 GF Chicken Bacon Ranch and was told $24. My husband went to pick up our order and was told it was $32 - he asked about the price difference but nobody discussed with him why it was so different than what we were quoted. When he got home, there was no ranch for the buffalo pizza. I called back and spoke with Aubrey - she told me that the girl who took our order didn't add on the $2 GF upcharge/pizza before quoting the price to us which I don't think should be our fault that someone told us the wrong price. When I asked why we paid $8 more instead of $4 for the upcharge, she responded "I'm sorry about the misunderstanding" and gave no other explanation as to why we were upcharged double and quickly got off of the phone.

I know everyone in the service industry is having a hard time with staffing/issues right now but 2 disappointing times in the past 2 weeks means we will no longer be supporting...

I've been coming here since you opened and live right around the corner. I can't eat cheese anymore, so I tend to get a sandwich without cheese or opt for pasta. Over the last few months, the bbq chicken sandwich has varied widely in consistency (sometimes the bun has way too much butter, sometimes almost burnt; too much bbq sauce, hardly any sauce; sometimes a good portion of chicken, sometimes not much for the $). Today 7/15/25, they got my order wrong (it had cheese on it and pickle), so they remade the sandwich. The 2nd one was missing bacon and had very little sauce. They gave me a cup of bacon bits, but it was not baked like it is on the sandwich. I heard a college student was back working there and messed up the order. I've also had to turkey bacon club recently and they always put huge chunks of lettuce on the sandwich (way too big to even eat). Due to all the inconsistent food quality, I'm not returning anytime soon. I like to support the local places, but don't feel like I'm getting $11+ value with the food...

This locations is FANTASTIC! We reserved their party room this afternoon for my 3 year old’s birthday party. I was able to decorate how I wanted, and the manager on duty asked if I needed help with any of it. Our party was a bit bigger than the room and we ended up spreading out to another good half of the restaurant, and they didn’t mind. The food came out hot, they provided all the plates and silverware, and ice. They said not to worry about trash, that they would come and get everything but we wanted to take care of it ourselves so they rolled a trash can over for us to use, told us to help ourselves to the ice dispenser and whatever else we needed they helped with. We weren’t charged to use the room and the bill was extremely budget-friendly even! They were incredibly patient, kind, and accommodating and I could not thank them enough, they earned every penny of their tips and more. This location and its employees...
