The location is new and doesnt deliver, but allows you to order from their app and Door Dash delivers it. Today they sent me the incorrect order, along with missing an item. Lady runs back to the store to bring the missing item. I bite into my pizza, only to realize its not stuffed crust and its not the toppings I ordered. I of course call the store, who says its not on us ma'am. You have to call Little Caesar's customer service. They tell me they can do a refund, which will take 10 business days, and that to get my correct order I have to place it again at me expense. So they tell me to call Door Dash. Door Dash says it isnt their fault, and to call the store for a replacement order. So the store manager, who alleges his name is Tony, says sorry ma'am nothing we can do. But they have my money! This was a horrible experience of being shuffled around. There should be a much better resolve in place, to correct things like this. None of this is my fault, but Im out of money and dont have what I ordered. Very poor customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wouldnt recommend using the app to order from here. They have no contingency plan, for when they screw up. I shouldnt be on the losing end of something that isnt my fault.

Read moreUpon my arrival to the restaurant as a doordasher I was asked was I adore that shirt. The young lady immediately told me oh we don't even have that order yet oh but is being made you just have to wait. Then after that she proceeded to the back of the restaurant and started a conversation with another employee while cursing, as me and one other customer was in the store. And came back to me and told me that oh your order is going to take maybe about another 10 minutes. I also witnessed this same employee answer the store phone afterwards, and then hung up without saying anything other than thank you for calling the store. I feel like the store was clean from the counter point of view, but the customer service was definitely not what I would have wanted if I was paying...
Read moreI came to this Little Cesar's to here to pick up a Doordash order. It was a super fast pick up because it was in their Pizza Portal. I just put in the number and grabbed it out of the oven. I didn't even have any interaction with the employees. The only downside of this visit was the pizzas were pretty far back inside the portal oven thing, and one was stuck on the top of the chamber, so I had to wiggle it loose. The side of that chamber is HOT! Overall this is about as quick as it gets picking up orders, and time is money in our line of work. Very happy to do...
