McDonald's — Restaurant in Greenwood

I started out expecting to rave over how clean the place was, how good the service was and how good the food was. We went in and ordered on the big screen. The card reader didn’t work so we had to pay at the counter. No big deal. We waited at least 10 minutes for a burger and chicken nuggets. Since we got it to go, we left assuming all was good and hot. As with most McDonald’s, don’t assume that. While the fries were nice and hot, the chicken was not. If you haven’t had the chicken nuggets from McDonalds, they aren’t good at all when Luke warm or colder. The burger was wrong with practically raw bacon so my wife insisted that we go back and let them replace her burger. The counter staff was great. The only reason I rated this high is because my wife came the day before and got the same burger much quicker and much better. I figure everybody has an off day so I have the benefit of the doubt. Maybe next time...

Normally this is my go to when I'm on my way in to return to work on Monday. However the 3rd time this has happened.... I pull up to the drive thru and I'm asked to wait. I say sure no troubles. I wait 8 mins another person drives up to the other ordering kiosk and their order is taken right away. I then say hello thinking I was forgotten. I get asked to wait again. I got a little attitude with he tonight. Told her I've been waiting patiently and you took another person's order in front of me so you should take mine too. She immediately took my order after this exchange. I'm not sure who the lady is but she needs to learn to treat all people equally. I have placed a mobile order quite a few times at this location and this will be my very last order. To whomever is fixing the food, is literally doing what they prefer instead of what the order states. To give a customer a plain Mcdouble with only cheese and barely any condiment and no onions or pickles when the ticket reads MCDOUBLE, NO SALT, XTRA ONIONS is astonishing. I ask for extra cause they barely put any when it's no instructions. Then when the employee brings the food out, you have no straw for your drink and they look like they pissed to be at a job THEY APPLIED FOR. This location could be closed. I will never order another item...
