I called ahead on my way to work and got 2 dozen donuts (12 glazed and 12 glazed with chocolate frosting) and a full order of biscuits and gravy. Everyone at work raved about how amazing the donuts were. I wished I had taken pictures as these donuts are fluffy and melt in your mouth good. The biscuits and gravy was for my son and his only complaint was that it could have used more meat, but I think it was fine for the serving. It had a long drive and even after being reheated he said that it was still one of the best he has tasted. My only complaint was, I called it in hoping it would be ready when I got there since I was headed to work, but they didn't start working on putting my order together until I got there, therefore the reason for only 4 stars on service. I really hated to give that rating as they are very nice people, but what's the point in calling ahead if you still have to wait 10 minutes to have them put it together after...

I walked up to the case and saw very little doughnuts and when I asked if they had anymore the guy rolled his eyes and said all their doughnuts have been prepaid for the day. But they can take what they have and add frosting, so I picked one and asked for chocolate frosting. As I’m placing my order with him, he talks over me to a customer that just walked in and asked if he wanted his regular or wanted to try their special. The cashier then proceeded to get their order taken care of and cash them out before finishing my order. When he was done I had to tell him my order again and once I got my doughnut with the added frosting it was done sloppy. And at the end had the nerve to ask for a tip.
